What's the point of making a draft? I also noticed that if I upload a video with my own audio, it tends to link it to the audio from instagram, even though I technically didn't use the audio from there.

This video is great! Thanks! How do you record your screen? It looks really cool with that paper background and the overall editing of the screen recording.

Great video - very useful info but there’s one thing that I find really distracting. When you switch to the second camera but you’re still talking to the first one. It totally loses breaks the connection between you and your audience because I don’t know who you’re talking to on that angle but it’s not me. In some cases it’s been enough to make me stop watching and find a similar video on another channel. Just thought it might be useful for you to know.

I hear some seriously conflicting reviews on the Arsenal2. Does this thing really work well now? Or will the unit constantly need to be reset? They have raised the price to a point where I would be expecting near perfection for the price of the unit.

Question for all of these - can you rotate and hold at any angle or just 90* stops? I do astro photography so having full rotation capability helps frame up targets easier.

Cool video, thanks. It's a camera with a lens; if you see a possibility for that camera and lens you take a photo. In addition, the zoom works pretty well, at least on the X100V it does. I'm not sure that the VI will do what you say it does, cutting down to 10Mp at 70mm efl, for instance. If only I could find one on which to test my theory, though . . . :-)

All the reframe stuff @ 6K "Open Gate" same as I do with 8K on the R5C when you have enough pixels and the right lens open gate doesnt matter :) you can reframe all day long. Camera probably wont handle the full sensor at full resolution, so it could do a 6K oversample similar to this if they wanted, but it would just be an alternative to filming in 8K as the camera already super samples from the larger part of the sensor when recording in 4K. To be fair, editing 6K footage will be faster/easier for most people. 8K editing is demanding.

When you say you use the colour grading with the adjustment as a temporary one unless you're lazy, is that because each filmed clip has different conditions and needs different grading? I am playing with cg renders so the lighting on mine are all identical, it seems like this would work well

Great video, watched it a few times.lots of effort you put in with the static shots, I usually go handheld for vlogging, although in NYC I wouldn’t leave my camera setup! Maybe you used the zoom at around 5:12? Hard to tell. Great video!

Also that lightroom takes over the profile I select in my Sony camera as starting point for editing. In c1 I can not even select the portrait profile. I just get a basic profile for my camera. So many people argue about better colors in c1 and I think that none of them have a clue what profiles are and how to use them.

This paired with the 16-25 is a sweet combo. You can get 16-50 for roughly the price of the 16-35 GM II. Definitely a killer set for those with an enthusiast budget. I married to my 24-70 GM II but I did pickup the 16-25 and am very happy with it. I can definitely see the vision Sony is going for with these.

Saw the 24-50 G and was interested. Wasn’t for me be I really liked what they were trying to do with the size, weight, performance and price. Just didn’t fill a hole in my kit. When this lens was announced, it was basically an instant purchase. My 24-70 GM (1 and now mark 2) has been my workhorse lens for years at this point. I’ve always loved the 16-35 but it just never got enough use to keep it in my kit and taking up space. So far, I’ve been insanely pleased with how it stacks up optically. I don’t really use it like a zoom though, I tend to treat it like dual primes - a 16mm and a 24mm (or I guess 25mm). This won’t be for everyone, but it’s been a really inspiring and helpful addition to my kit. That close focusing at 16mm is a really cool new look for me as a creator.
