The Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy, which was founded in 1808, originally under the title of “The Missionaries of France.” The community was founded for the purpose of re-evangelizing the people of France after the Catholic Faith had been subjected to years of attacks and persecution during the French Revolution. It is now exclusively an American community. The General ate of the Congregation is located in Auburn, Kentucky. The primary apostolate of the Fathers of Mercy is to conduct parish missions and retreats throughout the United States and other countries when called upon. The congregation also staffs rural parishes in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky.

Father please pray for me. I have had so much loss in life and my husband had a major stroke at 58. He is now 60 and will be having surgery on May 29. My elderly sister died suddenly last month. I deal with so much mental health issues. I use wine to self medicate for all my mental health issues, not to the point to get drunk . I confess every 2 weeks and still fall back. I can have self control but lose it on any given stressful day. I will not go to communion until I get off hold of this demon. Please pray for me and my family. God bless and thank you..

I LOVE TO GO FOR MASS. WHEN I RECEIVE HOLY COMMUNION, WHILE I AM SWALLOWING THE HOST, these words often are heard in my mind & heart; "Oh taste and see that The Lord is good". Goodness is a FRUIT of The Holy Spirit. Makes me want to do good & be good.

Dear Father, According to U, we are already spiritually in Heaven with Jesus and his Father.. Am I rightly said so?🤔?..Then, why are we kinda UNWISELY leave our physical bodies remaining on Earth to suffer unnecessarily and we are contented happily to live "sides Bi sides" with the 👺 De..👹??..What is wrong with US?🤔?..It is like U R on vacation flying to Heavenly destinations; however, when you arrive, your luggage's still remains at your hometown airport==NO underwear to exchange for who is to know how many days😤.. Period..

Why must we live forever, why can't death be the end, it would be the most merciful thing to do after a life of Hell on this Earth?
Why wouldn't you want a reason for all of that effort? Even suffering sadly is necessary so that we can know true joy when we are gifted with it. I apologize but I don't understand this line of thinking and I've had my share of trauma, things better not spoken of and still, a day when we can all be in the garden in harmony again? Then take that further and start it here and now by treating each other in charitable love? Love is the reason.

Father, in all humility, I must speak, and say that Mary is the Theotokos (God-Bearer) not Christotokos (Christ -Bearer) which was taught by the heretic Nestorius Patriarch of Constantinople, and used historically by the non-Ephesian churches; and as I agree with you on many points of your homily, it pains me to inform you that Mary as Mediatrix of all graces remains a doctrine (teaching); but as of yet as not been elevated to dogma. Thank u father of mercy u hve educated me a lot about our Lord JESUS CHRIST. the reason I dont go to church except of course tht I hve to receive communion.
