Thank you Fr Broussard and Fathers of Mercy! I was an atheist for decades and within this last year regained faith in God decided to convert to Catholicism (yes, KZread missions like this channel work!). So thankful for this message. I’d been such an extreme “Doubting Thomas” and now work hard to break that bad habit. And it truly is a habit where you are a constant skeptic. I’ve finally handed my life over to Him. I went to my first Easter service in decades this week and celebrated a risen Christ. 🙏❤️✝️📿😊

@@piping9153 I don’t know. I treated it like a religion. I still know all my arguments and have books on subject, etc. I’ve just decided I can’t live without Hope and God. In the back of my mind my “rational side” pops up, but I push it back down and pray. As a child I was abused and prayed constantly for relief that never came. It was awful and has been tough to believe again.
