The Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy, which was founded in 1808, originally under the title of “The Missionaries of France.” The community was founded for the purpose of re-evangelizing the people of France after the Catholic Faith had been subjected to years of attacks and persecution during the French Revolution. It is now exclusively an American community. The Generalate of the Congregation is located in Auburn, Kentucky. The primary apostolate of the Fathers of Mercy is to conduct parish missions and retreats throughout the United States and other countries when called upon. The Congregation also staffs rural parishes in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky.

Padre your homily made me cry. Especially the part about the crippled boy. As someone who always prays the Hail Holy Queen, I teared up when I heard the story of the writer. God bless him. God bless you. Ave Maria!

JESUS POINTS US TO THE FATHER THROUGH HIMSELF: There is no other way to have eternal life except to believe in God through Jesus. People need to realize Jesus speaks and does God's will ONLY. When Jesus said believe in him, he is saying to believe his words about the Father and himself. Everything Jesus speaks and does is controlled by the Father’s power and spirit within him. Jesus does nothing of himself (John 5:30). Jesus said he casts out demons by God's power and spirit, not his own (Matthew 12:28). Jesus said to hear his words we must believe in God; only this is eternal life (John 5:24). Jesus said in his prayer *to the Father,* “and this is life eternal that they might know YOU the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent” (John 17:3).

Why is there no day of attunement. Like the Jewish. We base our entire religion on the Jewish faith. My family are all catholics. Nobody ever let's go of the negative past. My friend calls it a form of alzimers.
