I came across a variety of people interested in Dance from students to professionals, teachers and amateurs. Everyone wants to discover something more about this funny art world, whether it’s to improve their technique as young professional or to feel better and happier in their everyday life. Dance can be therapeutic but as it becomes your job can be hard and frustrating at times. Here you are a series of videos for all your needs, from learning the basics to a good chat about Do-s/Don’t-s and Helping you through those down times.

i have a question, as a dancer, we have to have strong calves, but how come ballerinas have thin and slim calves when they need strong calves the most. I searched up calve slimming exercises and they say to not do releves and such, because it will make them bigger and more buff, instead they do stretches for them, is there any way as a dancer to have slim calves even though we do so many releves that will make my calves even bigger, when i just want to slim them?

Really enjoyed this session! Definitely need to work on the flexibility: couldn't do the fondue to the side at all 😂. Did the session to relax and feel energised: Definitely have both now

I'm in my 50's, overweight and struggling health-wise--PCOS, Type 2 diabetic and other issues. I'm changing my eating habits and incorporating exercise (cardio, strength training)into my schedule. I've always wanted to do ballet but dance lessons are a luxury when you're being raised and supported by a single mom. I'd like to incorporate ballet into my routine even if it's from my own living room: it just seems so elegant, peaceful and hopefully help with my flexibility. I just hope at this stage in life I can do it. ❤
