My feet are so shot from work so it was extremely hard to do anything with jumps, but I’m happy I made it through my first somatic dance ❤
And as new this class was very difficult to know where the two sections after were part of the first workout x
Hi it lovely at the start but after first advert is goes into you dancing quite quick without no explaining so for it too be a challenge or can be confusing and then the last part go to the end dance I feel there should be writing to say which section is up next or to say it a routine second part hope this makes sense
