In the u.k. bad posture is almost a fashion accessory. Ive even been posture shamed, with someone muttering sarcastically behind me"oh yes, walk tall, walk tall!" because I try to walk nicely and do barre.

This video has literally changed my life. I've done a lot of somatic work on myself and I workout, but these awarenesses are golden. I thought this kind of grace was for other women. I know there's work to do but I've been walking around different for about 10 days. I also see the difference in how others respond to me. I feel like a different person, or better yet, a person with the choice to be a better version of myself. Thank you!

Nice! These are so helpful as a quick antidote to "computer back". And a perfect complement to the Standing Ballet Back routine.

I liked the exercises a lot, thank you. Can you tell me please what muscle does the arrow point at on your neck at the front page of your video when you are standing with your head turned to the side? I tried to find it out but got very confused. When I look at myself in the mirrow I can not find that muscle on my neck, it does not seem to exist or it is so weak that does not pronounce at all. I would like to have a strong neck like yours but this means that I will have to work on that mysterious muscle. I need to know how it is called. If you can name it for me please, It would be so helpful. Kind regards

My posture is quite good, but years of breastfeeding and holding heavy babies has left me with very bulky trapezius. Are these exercises good for reducing and slimming the trapezius, too?
