    Im a bjj/ judo/boxing/ muy thai guy.........hardest workout ive done this far. Absolutely essential for balance because it compliments everything i do. I told my students i could care less if they see me doing ballet excercises. What theyve witnessed so far is my balance with my striking ( because of these exercises) have improved exponentially.

    So grateful for you ballet classes. The last few that targeted exercises to improve those specific ballet moves have challenged me, but I've seen improvement in my dancing, and I think that it is strengthening some muscles I've been trying to activate for dance and movement. So thank you so much. I have yoga and meditation, and sometimes bellydance on my channel if you are interested. Love and Light.
