1️⃣ Elevate Your Spine: 10-min Chair Warm-Up Begin with a 10-minute seated warm-up using a chair. These exercises are designed to fight against bad posture and alleviate back pain, setting a solid foundation for a ballerina-like posture.
2️⃣ Barre Revive: 10-min Fit Barre Boost Next, we step up the pace with a 10-minute Fit Barre session. You can use a chair or a barre for these exercises, perfect for reactivating your body and getting into the workout groove.
3️⃣ Ballet Grace: 20-min Arm Sculpting Dive into 20 minutes of ballet-inspired arm exercises. These movements will help tone and strengthen your arms, making them look incredibly graceful and toned. The best part? No equipment needed!

    So grateful for your class today. I like stretching my back. If you're open to more feedback, I would like to say that I didn't feel comfortable about the knife comment. I like to think positive thoughts about my body, so that part i had to fast forward. But I loved your kitties being apart of this class. I feel comforted by cats. Love and Light.

    literally one week in and 5 classes and the effects are crazy. Only thing is my calves dont ache but my thighs do 😅 and they shake on that one pose
