Welcome to the, 'Postcard & A Pint' travel vlogging channel.
Follow the adventures of Rach and Wills as we travel round the UK and beyond, making fun videos with just enough interesting nuggets of information to entertain you or to enhance your experiences and knowledge of each location. As always, we'll be finishing the day off with a well deserved pint.
This channel was an idea that came out of the lockdown craziness, mixed with a hint of mid life crisis and desire to spend more time with each other enjoying life. We hope you will join us and enjoy our travels as much as we do.

Wow, we absolutely loved this video! And it's perfectly timed, as we will be coming to North Wales next week! We are still finalising our plan of where we are going when, but your video makes us want to go to all these places! I didn't realise there were so many good heritage railways! Some of the castles you mentioned are old friends, but others are ones we've been meaning to see. As well as some new ones that sound intriguing! And of course Ian will want to try out all the ice creams 😊. Thanks for a beautifully edited video. We enjoyed the narration, all the beautiful clips, and some gorgeous drone photography as well! 👍
Best part of Anglesey is the west coast,the north and east are quite industrial and grey,nice if you want to see tankers when sat on the beach! West coast is beautiful and peaceful,well worth a visit 😊

@PostcardAndAPint we loved the west coast beaches and coves. Parking was excellent in most places. The Lleyn peninsula just below is an area of pure beauty,traditional language spoken,super friendly locals and feels similar to many places in Ireland, will be returning very soon! Enjoy your travels and keep on posting!😎

We love to visit Wales at least once or twice a year but always go to Porthmadog or Llandudno, after seeing this I really need to explore new places in the stunning country 😍

Some cracking shots there guys, including some belting drone shots. The mind boggles about the effort gone in to collect shots from such a huge library! Love that you got from one to the other by stating the mileage! This is such a great itinerary for anyone visiting Wales. You would need a month to visit all these wonderful places! So many sunny shots amongst this list too. Hope you guys are having an amazing cruise. 🍻

Hi thanks for your vlog on Explorer, we have just done this cruise we watched your video sveral times for tips before we went came in so handy can`t thank you enough ..this was also our very first cruise . we were very lucky at Corfu airport both arriving and departing straight through and it was a Friday how lucky were we. Thanks again not sure cruising is for us but it was an experence
Thank you so much. We're so glad you found it useful. You lucky things at Corfu! Maybe try another line before you rule out cruising - some people love some lines and really hate others. We have gained different experiences from each of the cruises we've done. There's always been things we've loved about each line and also little niggles too. Cheers 🍻

Oh wow there are some amazing places in Wales .. i am looking for somewhere nice to take my little dog … just wondering if you have any videos showing dog friendly places ( new subscriber cant wait to watch more of your videos)
We don't have a video like that as we don't have a dog. It's a good idea for a video though. We will certainly look to see if beaches are dog friendly from now on though. Lots of beaches in the video certainly are as we always encounter dogs! Have a look at Slaws adventures - they have been in north wales a fair bit and have two little dogs. Cheers for watching 🍻

@@Saffronelle sorry my misunderstanding! We found loads to do. You can wander Dalt villa for hours, a trip to Formentera is idyllic, also the buses are great and you can explore so much. Cheers 🍻
Bloody marvellous. Love North Wales. We've booked our summer holiday next year at Talacre Beach as its very dog friendly. Looks beautiful and not far from Holywell and good old Rhyl

Could listen to you all day Rach, gorgeous collection of incredible sights and landscapes around Wales. Wales is full to the brim with such majestic beauty it rarely fails to disappoint! All the castles are so mighty and impressive and they really put Wales on the map for arguably some of the best castles ever built. I’ve only been to 2 castles. One in Orlando, Fl and one on Anaheim, CA. 🤣😂 That would be Cinderella & Snow White’s castle at Disney. Never been to a real castle before. I should visit Wales.

Wales has so much to see. I've made many trips there over the years and North Wales was always a family favourite for a holiday.

First of all: WOW what a fabulous VIDEO! Copmngratulations both of you. This is a pearl 🩷! Right on with my thoughts while watching...and then some. Agree Conwy - worth the visit. I can ✅ that off my list( but a second visit could be on the cards). The smallest pub is worth a visit too..! That steam train rid would be awesome. Oh yes, another ✅ Beddgelert and ✅Betws Y Coed great memories and footsteps there. You do show the most awesome spots here. 🩷! We could do with another look around here though 👌! Llanwrst still to tick off. The train up to the top of Snowdonia is awesome ✅ and the view- Oh breathtaking. I guess there is so much to see, I'll stop showing off now- that I've seen a lot already, because in truth, I just want to see more and some places - again. Oh dear, homesick for Wales now. Oh I just HAVE to say: Criccieth Castle is on my favourites list. Not just the castle but the area too 🩷! The house of the Ladies of Llangollen is just jaw dropping awesome. Loved walking through it.
