For starters the so called FDA is doing a horrible job with the food industry. Look at how much poison is in our food and all products in that case. I mean come on! The so called professionals are killing us!

I feel you. I've been steadily overpaying my student loans by rote, monthly. I increased my spending a bit to pay for interests outside of work, because I can't just let my life be about paying off student loans. For me, it was the gym with a pool because I'm learning how to swim. The loans are fine, especially since I'm prioritizing paying down the unsubsidized loans with the highest interest rate, so my payoff is as optimized as it can be without me losing my mind 😂 Life is too short to let those loans run my life.

The bigger issue here is everyone in government seems to be compromised. The judges & the government agencies. The FDA (for example) has done very little these past few decades to protect American people from dangerous ingredients in food.

In your opinion do you think this will drastically reduce the budget of agencies? As regulations get challenged and deregulated will there be a need to keep all the Federal FTEs or will it open the flood gates even more for contractors to provide even more services.

The FDA exists and so does all the chemicals in foods that are unhealthy for us, that had to be approved by the fda, which means the fda allowed it. Why, you might ask? Because the fda wants you unhealthy so they can make money from big pharma when you get sick. The ATF? Why is that even an agency, much less one that can create laws? Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms are all legal. The EPA? They do nothing except make new vehicles more expensive and more unreliable. There’s a reason new vehicles sold to the government doesn’t have any emission systems on them. The epa just thinks up a new regulation, decides on its own to make it a law depending on which lobbyist in their pocket is benefiting. The epa doesn’t even have a plan for these laws, they just go to auto manufacturers and say “idk what i’m doing, but you have to figure it out, without my help, and i’ll fine you if you don’t comply.” Green credits? That’s when you know “climate change” is just a money-making scam.

I think a company should be told by a expert from an agency not to do something. Like overfish..the fishing company that ultimately won didn't want to pay field observers who tell them this while on the job with them. 🍅🍅🍅🍅 yall truly dont care about this planet

I would trust the judges on their transparent ruling over the opaque nature of regulatory agencies who are easily corruptible, who have the power to interpret laws and impose arbitrary policies. Also, experts on subject matters aren’t going anywhere. They will no cease to exist just because of this reversal. They will be an integral part of the court cases because the court makes decisions based on facts This is my opinion only

No thank you on Chevron. An agency hiring (not electing) someone to a position to testify on behalf of whoever they’re told (which every agency has been guilty of) doesn’t sound any better than no “experts”. This might work without the massive corrupt class and the series of the laws that protect them, but until those are gone we’re SOL.

This decision essentially made it impossible for federal agencies to protect the American people (via regulations) and to hold those who receive federal grants accountable. Laws are very vague, hell even regulations can be vague. Regulations are made in federal agencies and must go through a negotiated rulemaking with experts and stakeholders. Also proposed regulations must be made public and everybody has the right to comment on them. This ruling is actually taking away the power of the people. Imagine if cancer treatment regulations were no more and someone like Trump making the “rules” instead of experts. Whiteness is going to kill us all

i fully believe that trump is going to pretend the election is stolen again if he doesn’t win, sue for the presidency and the supreme court is going to give it to him-directly or indirectly, with the new deference to federal courts with chevron’s end. no matter what, he’s going to be america’s first-and hopefully only-king.

So they’re giving unlimited powers to POTUS via the executive branch. Simultaneously, they’re rendering the agencies themselves powerless. Hmm…I wonder why that is? Could it be because the orange one was thwarted by the agency heads he appointed when he attempted a coup?
