I tour small space design and living. I show DIY and Pros, plus companies that benefit all builders.
Been intrigued by small space design my whole life, and even lived full time in two different self converted vans. After that I built a tiny home and lived out of that as well. During my travels I've met some amazing people and companies so I started sharing some of their creations. My tour style is more hands on with a conversation to make the person feel more comfortable. Make sure to check out my build channel Built by Touch

Great job!!! Now thats a Home!!!!🎉❤
Camera man : This is like a beautiful shot RV owner : (watching his GF bend over, laughs) "Oh the sunset" ? Lol
I’m the opposite . I won’t pee in mine unless I need to. I lived in my van in a sketchy part of Los Angeles and there wasn’t many options to go No. 2. I peed in a bottle and tried not to use the toilet as a general rule. But as a college student I had limited options. I was so nice to have a toilet to use in the middle of the night without having to drive to so some disgusting gas station
I just started to watch some of your videos.... I love all the ways everyone does their Van.... But beside not saying how much it cost to build, but how much added weight with all the materials and gas mileage they get from the weight of the vehicles...I know from my Hi Top conversion van...avg. 21MPG on the highway empty to loaded down with camping gear (Tents/ tables/coolers/ supplies) and passengers..down to 16/17 MPG on a good day....
This van is awesome!!! Love everything about it except…..I would definitely need an AC system in my van. I’ve learned that you can have all of these beautiful amenities, but if you don’t have a nice AC system, forget about summer fun living in your van. That heat can be sweltering! 😓 And fans just won’t do it.
That a dumb place for that microwave
At 2:20 you said "you pay what you get for" but, we know what you meant.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Deffo a unique layout. Very nice.
I love it!!!! Idea, if I may: mount the table on a strong deployable shelf bracket, the sort in yachting-£20 ish. Gap the insulation filling that with a thin substance for heat retention and flush fitting/not invasive to the space. Add two uni-strut or 80/20 half as a guide with a roller and you'd have a table/countertop which could also hopefully be stored out the way next to the two seater under the window. Easy, out the way and fast/convenient :) My mind paces thinking of designs :D I hope yall don't mind me suggesting. I love this van! May I ask what was used to have a daily shower-if daily refilling is needed? Sorry if it was mentioned i remember 20> gallons :o
What a fantastic job ! 😊 👏🏽 😮
This is a very tempting product, but it's very discouraging to hear about others' experiences with their customer support. If they can't be bothered to support their product, I'm thinking I shouldn't bother supporting this company. I'm still going to keep an eye on this over the next couple of years as I look to do a new van though, and perhaps they'll make some meaningful changes in that time. Thanks for the information
I think if you get a 2000watt solar generator, just 2-3kwh's and then use the money you saved to load up on the solar, which is fairly cheap if you get house panels, you have a more affordable sustainable system. You could have the biggest battery out there but how are you going to keep topping it up? Without having to run your van etc.
Super curious to know how the Portola Paints Roman Clay holds up in a van conversion application? With all the movement and vibration in this use case, any issues with cracking? Have you seen it used in other van conversions?
Absolutely love everything about this van!
Nice van but he sold me on the box truck. My eyes have been opened. 😃
I'm sure there are some who would take great pleasure in taking a dump and watching ppl go by, or even chatting 'em up.
Is this for sale - if yes, how much?
R u n Ventura Ca ?
I just find this build 100% PERFECTION !!! I dream about this !!!! You Both 🔥
I've never watch a built van twice unit now. I've only watch a few hundred of them (ok, probably +1,000) and this is THE layout I'd have after winning the lottery or I'd offer to buy theirs to save time.
Can’t wait to see the affordable sprinter van conversions that Steven talked about.
The two lights at rthe corner of the front winscreen are going to cause a lot of wind noise and turbulence.
you seem like a weird guy. I doubt we would be friends
I love that you can take a morning crap and cook bacon at the same time.
Van life tech!!!!
Have you listed the tiny home on air bnb would love to stay at it while in Maine this summer
Hiw much though?
When you were "like this is a beautiful shot' his girlfriend was bent over and he was looking like oh I know and then you're like no the sunset and he's like oh oh yeah 😅😅
$6 grand for a toilet? That’s crazy. Overall, it’s a gorgeous, well designed van.
This just came on my feed and I thought you were doing a live and got a new puppy 😊
Nice product. I'm considering adding it to the factory installed flooring on an AS Interstate GT. Is this material "cushy" enough for bare feet?
Thank you for your service🫡🇺🇲. Awesome build, really well thought out. Good luck on thd helo training.
Prior military brilliance!!
I want this.
This is really cool.
I love that DIYers have been playing off each other and inventing and evolving the hidden van shower and now you can just go out and buy one if you can't do it yourself.
Ditch the alcohol and make a dab bar instead.
Nice van job, good interview. You’re going to get jealous people doing something like this who just can’t get it on themselves and spend life blaming everyone for their situation😁.
The "I don't use a hairdryer, I ride a Harley" killed me
EXQUISITE !!! from start to finish ! If I start pointing out everything I especially like it will take too long.🤩🥰😍🌎👍👍👍 🇺🇸
I like Bluetti products but I wish management would fire the entire customer service!
That's pretty dang nice. This man put a lot of thoughts into this build. Good for him. Wishing him all the best in all that he does. Semper Fi from an old Marine
@JarrodTocci do you know good builders in Europe?
Beautiful van. I found the thing with awnings is they're only useful for a few hours each day, depending on which way the van Is oriented. If you set up a side wall to the awning then it's pretty useful if you really need the shade. Love that van color!!
Need a 2024 version of this!
If it doesn't have a washroom, I don't want it.
My Bering Explorer Yacht was 17 Million and I love this concept Van build and the Epoxy Resin Wood is beautiful. Well done!
Can you send me these plans? I can also build as an ADU in my back yard.
Can you come What was the cost? Convert to my stcks a d bricks in my primary bedroom.
How do I get in touch with them ?
