    **FOR SALE** (link below). I finally did a tour of my own tiny home that I built. It was one of the best things I've ever done and experienced. As you see I am selling it and I'll talk more about why in the near future. All I can say is life happens and it is what is best for me at this moment. I'm excited to keep building and creating while traveling and doing more tours for everyone. If link doesn't work for some reason, feel free to email me info@jarrodtocci.com facebook.com/marketplace/item/1322696335044064/ Tours Playlist: kzread.info/head/PLHrnevETejEMWv5kclacXhH6atb3ax6tl Vlogs - Weekly - Building, Travel, Adventure: kzread.info/head/PLHrnevETejEMseRhXNwNjrs5BU7RLpvhg DIY Tiny Home Build - Start to Finish: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5eM16-JZqu9etY.html

    I hope your tiny sells quick! I think you did a good job balancing practical and creative choices, and of course it’s well-built. Seems like an easy sell. I think all the windows are my favorite part. And Glacier. 😏

    Too bad some people are so angry/crazy. I don’t usually comment but this struck a chord. I’d take that criticism hard because I care about delivering the best and know you do too. Whether they think you fail or not- and who are they to judge- you’ve opened the world of tiny home and overland van life to lots of folks who are interested and wouldn’t have access otherwise. Your videos have helped shape my builds. Thank you. You’re great at it. Shame on them. Hoping the best for you and if you need a place to park the home (in NYC) don’t hesitate. Great job. Best future. F the crazy critics. Wow. But, shame on you- an unopened Angel’s Envy. Unless it has some deep emotional sentiment, it’s a wonderful bourbon…that’s success in itself. Enjoy it- one (preferably 2” clear round) ice cube, 6 oz. pour, sip for an hour. Peace.

    I went back to see if that other persons comment is still here. I can't see it so they either blocked me from seeing it or they deleted it. I don't delete any comments and I haven't blocked them. I know for a fact there are some that block my account and for whatever reason I can't see those comments. Oh well, and thanks again

    I followed you since you were living in LA in your van and you inspired my van build, but I have to tell you that I could not understand why you went to live in Main and isolated yourself in that tiny house! You have a lot of knowledge to share and should be out there building vans or at least collaborating with people who do. I think your tiny house is beautiful and should sell fast, but it could also become a source of income if you place it in the right spot. Best of luck to you!

    You hit the nail on the head. I thought I wanted this isolated life after dealing with so much for years. I even considered not making videos anymore, but after being here for months I realized that wasn’t for me and I’m coming back!! I didn’t like what Vanlife became the last few years but it seems to be coming back to what I was into before the craziness started. Either way I’m happy with my decision :)

    Now this is next level tiny house! If I was looking to purchase a tiny I would be calling you. I can’t believe it hasn’t sold yet with that price. I don’t think people even understand how awesome this build is just with the Cruise n Comfort and Vanlife Tech integration along with the quality of the products you used. You personalized it for you but if someone wanted to change things it wouldn’t be too hard. This project is the evolution of Jarrod lol! I started watching you when you were living in LA working the night shift with your buddy and talking about what you wanted to do in the future. You’ve pretty much accomplished everything you’ve set out to do so far. Looking forward to seeing what transpires after you sell the tiny and property and head back out West. 😀

I really enjoy your videos for learning more about all sorts of cool things (my hobby in a way). Best of luck on the sale process, and can't wait to see more about your next venture!

    wow--I looked up your price--and I think you have priced your house more than reasonable--119k seems like all your labor was free, for sure--I remember some of the costs you gave us as you built the home and I know you are blowing this house out--I see tiny homes for about this price that are NOT off grid and grid compatible--amazing price--hope it sells soon so you can move on!! Good luck--look forward to future projects--maybe we run into each other on SoCal some time--

    Hey Jerrod.. nice to see you moving on from your tiny home build! Not only are you selling a very in demand tiny home that can be put anywhere.. but you are selling all of your R and D that you have dedicated the past years of your life into this build!! that is huge in my opinion! Plus all the great help from guys you have dealt with for Van builds.. example flooring heat.. beautiful by the way.. a couple thoughts.. selling with the property? if not then why not just throw a container on there and keep the real estate for future.. close to home bud!.. just sayin.. Hey now that your getting back into Van Life do you want to come up to Canada for one of our events with OverlandNTH ? its really the only Expo we have up here.. lol but is growing every Year!! a lot of fun and you would be a big hit for sure.. Can set it all if you like.. Great to have you.. cheers

    Thank you. I sold the land separately and I’d keep it if I felt it was worth to keep long term. The location is great! But my ROI isn’t there unfortunately even if I decided to put a structure on the property. I have other ideas I’d like to do moving forward

    I like the concept you brought to life but have a few questions: do you use the desk area or was is something that you'd never do again? I like composting solid waste but that unit looks cool, not sure about it tho.. LOVE the Brava but I Grill a ton of food being mostly a Carnivore .. I'm looking at BOXABL but they are not "White Sheeted" so they can't sell them yet to the masses, I toured the plant and it has risen to $60,000 from $50K but it is moveable (love that) but yours is livable so, even better however, I live in So Cal and will be going from high desert to Beach, so I got a lot to consider

  • @JarrodTocci

    @JarrodTocci

    3 ай бұрын

    Thanks for the comment. Feel free to email me, but I’ll answer what I can here. The desk area is probably my favorite place in the house and for the reason is I do a lot of computer work. Having that space allows me to separate work from home without actually leaving home. I use my laptop for emails and quick searches but I use that area for editing or working on my website, recording podcasts, research on vans/tinys, really anything I need to focus. I know BOXABL well and I don’t want to talk 💩 on anyone or company but they are built very different than a home like mine. They are mass produced like you’ve seen and anything built like that they will use the cheapest materials possible to watch the bottom line. It’s a massive price difference but I always say you get what you pay for. A home like mine is much more mobile or can be stationary. I too eat mostly carnivore! If you’re in SoCal I’d love for you to come to Tiny Fest March 16-17 and you can talk to many pros in the tiny industry and you’ll see what I mean. I’ll be there as well! But mostly around the van section, either way I’ll be around

    As I'm gearing up for the up'n coming reset... I'd love to see less satellite based tech. Perhaps hydrogen fueled energy combined with old school guages could transorm your pipe decor into work an alternate source of energy. 🌠 Just thinking aloud... I love the way you think!

    Thank you for the feedback and your opinion. 10 windows not enough? and reason they are not floor to ceiling is because of privacy. Too industrial I feel is an opinion and I welcome it. But you sorta contradicted yourself by saying worst looking yet also saying does look quailty 🤷🏻‍♂️
