I never thought I'd step into a van of this price point. I think I'm like everyone that is going to comment and say "there's NO WAY that price makes sense." I myself was extremely skeptical until I saw the whole process and build of RC1. This van has so much and even if you don't agree with the price tag, you can at least learn some things from someone that is very knowledgeable in the van building space. Dear comments.... CONCEPT BUILD means that this was built as a show piece and essentially a rolling advertisement to demonstrate their skills. This is not practical and no one is claiming that this is a practical build.

If someone buys this for $750K, it's a nice $400K profit for the builder....sounds great !

For that money I'd expect a separate shower and toilet (with a heated toilet seat)😂

butt joint drawer boxes LOL. Didn't bother to match the grout lines in the shower tiles. White caulk when the tiles have black. Plywood build with no edge banding. Didn't bother to finish the back doors. Details matter when trying to be a "luxury" builder. This is amazing comedy. Great grift though if it works.

No shot anyone with 750k to drop on an off road RV is buying this van instead of something like an Earthroamer.

So $750K is out of this world as is the steam room, but I do appreciate how they embraced the concept vehicle as a marketing platform. People will be critical, but I appreciate them pushing the envelope.

For $750k I'd want tinted IR windows with additional security film, a multi-channel security camera system, and a central vacuum. Without those items I'm sorry, but the most I pay would be $699k. Do love the look and functionality of the electrical.

It really is very beautiful! But, 3/4 of a million dollars on a van? Imagine the house and property you could buy with that much money? Quality materials are wonderful. I just wonder if it has priced itself out of the market.
