Big mistake so many tiny home builders make is the piping and having them freeze in winter. I've been in below zero degrees some of this winter with no problems at all. How do I do it?

It’s very wise to try things out and if it’s not right then pivot to what works best for you. Best of luck on your sale and I’m certain the new owner of your tiny house will be thrilled with it.

You have to do whats right for you. Because you are single and capable, it is better to make those changes now and not have any regrets later. Be happy and live your life. Yeah, there'll be negative people, but they are not the ones living you life. I just realized, when you said your age, I'm old enough to be your mother. My oldest will be 40 this year. 🤭😊 Bless you my dear. Enjoy your life.

Thank you and absolutely!! I see my next chapter and travels to be bigger and better. Myself and Sandy vans have a list of shows I’ll be attending over the summer. I plan to create non stop content of traveling, camping, and more TOURS than I know what to do with. I have some other things in the works too but don’t want to get ahead of ourselves too much

I’m in Maine. Bought a class an and traveled for three years. Back at my sticks and bricks and selling the rv. Once it sells I want an ambulance kinda like what Steve showed on your channel. Not gonna be that high end wish it could be but as long as I’m back in wheels I’ll be happier! Wish you luck maybe see you out there someday?!

Like I have said before we are in similar thoughts and situations. I too moved to a tiny town. You seem to live way more rural. There is a little town here but its a seasonal one that is very popular for summer vacation. I live in Sweden. I have the train down to Copenhagen in 2 hours. Not bad. And other cities before that. 15-30 min and then 1 hour to Malmo. That’s ok actually. What I did was I got inspired by your channel and built a van with all the top components, even imported vanlife techs floor heating and nations alternator. The van is meant to be my way of having a tiny apartment on wheels that I can take to cities and escape the extortionist rent costs. As well as a way to vacation to other destinations. I have to say, its lovely coming back to this area with the little town after you’ve been to a city very intense. So I thought, would this set up work for you? To build a van like that again? With that in mind? When I lived in the center of London I missed the green and the ocean and it was 1 hour with train there. Yes, much like you say all opportunities were in the city and I was working full time so I never really left town. I guess I am still in the same thought pattern. Will the van be enough? Will it satisfy my city needs? We will find out and see. It will be interesting to see how you will find city life once you’re back in it.

I'm glad you tried it. I get it, I live in a busy city and thought I wanted to live further out. But now I know I need to be in the middle of everything. And vacation in the sleepy towns. 😊

Props to you for giving it a try before figuring out you weren't quite ready for the "isolated" life! It's a struggle that I can relate to in many ways. I do have to suggest, however, that you might be miles ahead if you keep the land for future projects and ambitions. From reading the comments, I'm seeing you're going to sell the land -- just my opinion, but I think that would be really short-sighted. You have a place where you can build in the future ( maybe a shipping container(s) home ) -- maybe something you could AirBnb to generate passive income until you decide you want to also build something else there and settle down when it suits you. I only say this because, as long as you rent, you'll forever be stuck with the outflows of the ever increasing rental market prices. Instead you can be the one collecting those rents, and I believe you have family not far away from there? Just wanting you to have the financial freedom you deserve so you can pursue more of your dreams ASAP! Cheers!...from North Vancouver

Your Tiny House is right in par with many builders, and your build is HIGH TECH! Also, don't assume some content as not interesting. Things are changing rapidly in this country and it is difficult to higher professionals to do work so we have to do it ourselves. Plus most of us are getting poorer and poorer as our government spends away our hard earned $$$.

Thanks. I feel the craftsmanship on a pro build is slightly better but agree with you I have way more tech in mine than any tiny home I’ve ever seen. But I need a buyer to see that value instead of me trying to “sell” it. If a builder was to do my build then it would be priced over 200k
