And then they'll make sure it becomes very difficult for you to not take the case to higher courts. Not to mention theres the whole mental torture of re-doing the whole thing if you plan to take the matter to upper courts

The girl finaly chose to end this once for all and she files a case ..she and her parents spent a fortune on this freaking marriage and the guys family didnt even move a finger . You are telling me . From 2011 - 2015 I was fighting divorce. I am from Kolkata she filed from her native place North Bengal. There were 9+ cases. I had to either take leave travel with laptop overnight on diff dates. This went on for few yrs. I was jailed under 498A, lost job, awarded 60%+ of salary as maintenance. Finally, out of court settlement. She took my son when he was 4yrs back in 2011.
