@@sm91x Show your parents " Marty's of Marriage" documentary and tell them - that Marriage Litigation is not tiny winy " Divorce" as people think . It consists of Criminal case - 498a ( and the entire Diwali package) and DV , 2005 ( Quasi-criminal case) where your parents , relatives and their properties as well will get " entangled". Now, the trend is putting " Rape case on FIL/BIL" to make " instant arrest" possible... So if your parents are ready to accept it, where they will also be involved , your aged , ailing Father / young Brother can be branded as a " Rapist" , then " go ahead".... And of course if the final logic is " saab laadki aisi thodi na hain" then pls refer to NCRB Statistics, NFS statistics , not to mention the nexus between Judges - Lawyers- Police and Rs.20,000 crore ( very conservative estimate) " settlement industry" running in India. And soon " Marital Rape Bill" will come up for hearing in SC and as long as DY Chandrachud is there , it will get passed.... Then more fun will begin....

Not withholding your " passion to fight" , question is where will you fight? In Indian Judiciary? Hw much you know about the nexus between judges- lawyers- police ? Any idea of the valuation of " settlement " industry in India? Any idea of the latest trend running for few years - lodge " Rape case" against aged , ailing FIL / young BIL and of course any idea what happens after that? Listen and Learn - Always fight your battle at the place of your choice and time contrary to those Bullshit Hindi film dialogues " Tu jagah aur time bataan, udhar ake maroonga." Those people who are fighting for years and knows Indian Judiciary and the greater " ecosystem and powers" at play, will understand. Common men with " little or no awareness" will not even know what does this " fight" mean and where it will lead to....

@@captainnemo1606 in litigation, you fight till the party exhausts all her remedy. That's how you fight. You don't fight to win because that's absolutely not the case. In my case I had to fight till Gujarat High Court to obtain a remedy u/s 340 crpc and 311 CrPC. Now the fight which I gave was as a Party in person whereas the respondent had to shell our her hard earned money and time to bring upon advocate otherwise in every other hearing I was threatening her for filing 81 crpc . That's how you exhaust your enemy respondent. Then she will come to the table to negotiate. That level of exhaustion you will have to inflict. And don't worry chances are you will not at all win. In my total number of litigations (against me and filed by me) which is approximately 25+, I have hardly received favorable judgement in 2 of them. In the mean time I have inflicted a loss in lakhs for the respondent in that fight. Due to which the settlement has now arrived in the matter. You need to understand that Modern day feminism is biggest market for advocates and police as this feminism is easy to be convinced due to their unwanted and unnecessary ego which overpower the logical thinking and analytics. If the modern day feminism be reasoned with the current economy of litigation, trust me number of litigation cases will drop by at least 70%. That is for sure.

Marriages becomes a scary incident now a days. Its time to rethink about the process of marriage. Why, How, When, with Whom we are marring to and how its gonna affect our lives. Our parents not able to think about these things, they are in delusion that they lived a married life happily so their kids will do the same. But the current scenario is changed, now people are more self-centric objective driven rather than family oriented. Person from outside comes to your house and they want all your parents money and property without doing any hardwork of building trust and maintaining family, they hardly have any gratitude regarding all the privileges they are getting without doing all the hardworks which this family did in their life time. I dont understand why parents not able to see these things and only excited to get married their son.

Always remember we are in war with every situation, so make your attitude like do or die. Never allow any other person to become heavy on you because it will give them upper hand.I have seen people are so afraid to fight in any form. If you read books then you will know the world is not fare yesterday not today and neither tomorrow. So develop your attitude like that only, we have to die either way so if someone disturb your peace then do not afraid to declare war with them. I think your attitude and mindset will play the major role in such case. Go to jail for few days or months because of someone's false cases but make sure they know once you get out then the other party will be in trouble and once they know such thing then see they will be afraid to file any false case against you.

I agree, but you cannot put CCTV cameras in every part of your home. For example, bedroom. And bedroom is the place where you and your wife will be present entirely by yourself.

Judge k saamne saaf mana kar daala. Biwi ka toh yehi naatak ki mujhe inke saath rehna hai per itni aggressive, abusive woman ko poori lifetime saath mai rakhne se acha ki kuch saalon ka mental torture seh lo.

This is an interesting video. Slightly different from the usual legalese you give. Yes , what you say is absolutely, correct. In some cases victims also justify the cruel treatment they're getting . That's called Stockholm syndrome. However, there wouldn't be such a mess in matrimony cases , had laws been a bit more fair🎉.

MRA : Darana mana hai, be a fighter.....only mental game nothing else.....if someone nake* then don't worry to show same as they are such narcissistic personality . Cool mind, knowledge of laws and rights should be known. Secondly, don't try to save toxic relationship at all, in any circumstances. Do manage your Financial and career or business rest are just part and part of life. Livein is open so don't depend on any one. Professional services are also good now these days due to over supplied. Think logical and practical, life is too short to spend in the court rooms.

Bhai Mera yeh kehna hai, u have to be very clear from the beginning when u detect anything wrong even slightly while being in relationship with any person living that how u r going to defend and protect urself and try to confront and crush the issue then and there itself rather it getting elevated.... I don't know why people are so pessimistic abt getting married and not be in a position to confront it...😮😮

Hire 2-3 different detectives,do a thorough background checkup, check for any diseases or psychological issues.Relarives and family members, neighbours may not know much but collegemates can have a rough idea.Install camera in ur front jacket like how the US police does, homes etc. whenever u r conversing with them at least for the 1st few months post marriage and then take a call..At least then u will be relieved that u have taken all the precautions.

I would say that is a way bigger fight because to win that you have to become someone that you are not and people will judge you at that time probably say arey this is who you truly are. This is when you will loose people relative and friends sometimes family who you think are with you. This is probably one of the best and honest video on how matrimonial disputes get dealt with. Koi ye nahi smajhta ki abuser ko power ka chaska lagta hai and it is way bigger than money or property, once they got to know ki they can get you to do whatever they want and whenever they want a person is dead inside kabhi manipulate krke kabhi dara ke kabhi blackmail krke etc. You will have to become what you hate and fight and be all nasty and very few people will understand what you are doing and why you are doing that and will judge you then at that time.

Best way to deal with marriage disputes or any relationship disputes is to UNDERSTAND HOW DIFFERENT RELATIONSHIPS WORK! Lack of knowledge in relationships means there is bound to be fights. Simple. Another simple example: If you don't know mathematics, you're bound to fail the exam. That's it.

The pain is unreal. I am not sure if this is possible, but I wish that I had either buried a safe in my yard or opened a secret bank safety deposit box and put, say, $100,000 in it before I got married. This pain is unreal. But what makes it 10 times worse is, I've lost my kids, house, business, reputation, I have a record, I cannot find a job, I am too old now, etc. I loved my beautiful bride. But now, it's over forever.

One thing I realized is that the man has one choice to remain mentally and physically strong when dealing with this. Mentally the man should not allow the woman to overpower him at any cost at least not inside the house.. Thats the key.
