I was about to get married at the beginning of this year. I'm so glad I found out that the girl and her family were lying their asses off, crying about their pain and suffering while evaluating my and my parents' property. Society, law, court, justice system, police is always women centric. They will slap and abuse u and ur family in public and u can't do anything. They have to learn to share, learn to give and adjust to different turmoils and social uncertainty. While the system of Joint family provided all of this, Nuclear family only retained very little of these qualities. Unfortunately Family courts are being deliberately obtuse. Tearing up a nuclear family into different pieces.

What if both the parties sign on an agreement/declaration form that no party can charge each other any money if the marriage ends up in divorce? Does that solve the problem or are we still forced to pay money inspite of having proof of this sort of declaration/agreement?
