74% of all rape cases filed are false. 98% of all dowry cases are false. Majority of molestation cases are false. Women have made this a tool of harassment for men

You've mentioned the techniques the false accuser will use. Can you also mention if there are any way to protect ourselves against these false cases or any legal way to solve it? It seems the legal system is inexplicably biased against men and that men cannot hope to get justice from the courts. If this goes on, the time is not far when men realise that the only option they have for justice is to take it into their own hands.

The Indian law says that if a woman makes any allegations against a man, it would be deemed gospel truth and the man would be arrested no matter what and he has to prove himself innocent. So Indian men are guilty until proven innocent and women are innocent until proven guilty. This is our constitution

When speaking lie become as nornal as speaking truth, the justice suffers as it is human capable of being influenced. Even the so called highest judicial officer of time was citing his bank balance fully knowing, law does not recognize such defense. The one able to cook a good story in the name of drafting or mellowing down bad facts are actually running the show.

🤣 Like in some si-fi movie, where every body eye is implanted with a camera and it continuously records and saves what ever you see. May be only when such technology comes, men can save themselves from false allegation.

I admire you as an advocate. But always seen you making videos on false rape cases (it is good to raise voice against this absurd trend too). However, think abt the atrocities a real rape victim faces and make videos on that too pls. I myself am a victim of false promise to marry. Trust me, it's real and breaks a girl forever. SC hs also said being an educated girl doesn't make you immune to a false promise. Naive and innocent women still fall for such promises and must be delivered justice.

If marriage was so essential to one, one could had get married before;if one went without it, it was ones choice as everyone knows relationship is prone to wear and tear. If these laws were gender neutral, do we have guts to send women to jail for not fulfilling marriage promise, let's say, case gets filed from both side. Can one have intimacy with anyone, who promise marriage without emotional connection, if answer if no, it was voluntary action driven by emotions and one cannot put all blame on other party in the name of trust. The very purpose of banning two finger test was to say, past doesn't matter, in effect one is recogniting promiscuity as her choice.
