There is none rather there is harsh mental harrasment of man and his family most of them end commiting suicide i think there is better way to settle things through other way since court are part of legal terrorism with police, judge and everyone want money from you we should make sure that we use this money in better way to settle things outside of court.

Man, this country's laws and judiciary procedures are beyond fked up. The best thing a man can do is to hope of not getting into this sort of situation in the first place. I mean, how have we arrived to this situation and how worse will it get before any amendments to these crony laws?

@@pqr6614 actually it was raised in SC, a few weeks back. SC's judges quashed that petition for men's commission citing it's one sided. So men will suffer for a while just like women did back in 1960s-70s after which POCSO act came.

@@Randomname254 that won't do anything, even a person who don't know you and just feel that she/he can extort money from you, can drag you into these. People say don't marry and problem solved, but even casual flirting and even being at a wrong place at the wrong time can wreck havoc on your life. I think the only thing is have your mental strength beyond any imagination, an iron will and enjoy life, even in difficult times and keep fighting. The system is rigged but in the long term will eventually get the innocent free.

In a socialist democracy there is nothing that can be done to remedy this situation. There will always be groups that have sufficient numbers and vote together who will be treated better at the cost of other groups that don't.

There should be severe punishment for fake cases (for both - government officials as well as private citizens)

Just don't get married and invest a good amount in a decent spy cam which you can wear it on yourselves and a good memory card 👍✌

Because of these courts stretching cases for so long,a major section of LAWYERS FROM BOTH SIDES ARE EARNING LOTS OF MONEY,lawyers should thanks the lower courts for that.

Don't get married bro, not worth it

One basic solution that will solve multiple problems and save time, money, resources for clients, lawyers and judges is, bring up a stronger law/guidelines (enforced, not dormant) to punish false case filing people. P.S: I know it would cause a huge business/income loss to the judiciary amd lawyers, but quality income and cases are better than quantity. And in anycase, India will still offer you quantity, lots of cases. So, chill!

Second some evidences must be shown to the police for the FIR or to the Court be made a requirement. These are some of the solutions to bring down litigation and bring hope in Judiciary in India.

If you do that you will expose the corruption and injustice in court and this is the main reason it is illegal.

what if parents, wife and children all ask for maintenance?

Some people do it for asking ransome and extort the innocent people and are themselves a threat to the society causing fear in the minds of people to live freely, as if any lady goes and files such harsh allegations against any male the future of the said male becomes dark and he looses everything which he has achieved or would have certainly achieved in his future.. Some limitations should be imposed to the levelling of harsh allegations specially for the laws which are meant for protection of so called vulnerable groups based on caste & gender. The reality is far different from the theory and history.

Problem is sir law is biased when it comes to women I’m not sure but seems like all the top officials who are in power are women and they kinda trying to put curtain on it. Eg article 398a we all know how this section is used to drain out a man and his family having said that if it is proved in court that guy is not a guilty and he is a victim what happens is the guy is set to free to go but what about that woman who did this all mess wasted someone’s life and his family member,wasted court’s time but what happens at the end that woman walks alway without any consequences. If same thing would have done by a man would he be spared ? No ! So in some way even though our constitution says all genders are equal no it’s not least not in this biased law system. Yes, you have to file for injunction against your brother and should also file suit for partition of property, if properties can be pratitioned it will be done or else it will be sold at auction and money will be distributed

Bro in my father's accident me and my family trust on father's sister son and give him access of my father all account and also my mother give him sign on check for medical hospital bill payment but later few months he empty my father account and not giving any explanation about use of money and after forcing return my money because medical bill about 3 lakh i have proof but he spends more than 10 lakhs 7 lakh he refused to repay and additional we invest in buying his transport pickup on monthly 10000 or whatever profit something but he doesn't give single penny and sell the pickup and asking for 50% partenership money of down payment 2 to 3 lakh and he say pay me 1.5 lakh what should i need to do i trust i our bad family condition and he fraud us and loose our money and not returning what can i do now

Remedy:don't ever go with the parents' wishes in case of marriage If you really want to marry,you can do it so after the age of 45,then both parties achieve their peak of mental maturity and they think of letting the relationship go smooth or otherwise,find a true purpose and dedicate your life upon it[no need to marry],then there will be no drama like mentioned in the video

Haha. I know a friend who married his girlfriend and ended up in this situation. It's not about arranged vs love. It is about the laws of the country that encourage such cases. A lot depends on the character of the person as well. Play it smart whether in love or arrange marriage.

I know one of my uncle who faced 498a at age of 45 and still fighting legal terrorism for last 14 years he is at age 59 and his wife age is 54 who took approximately 5 crore rupees away. This can be done upon you at any age there is no need to panic don't marry use other things for sex.

How can lawyers who become judges provide Justice, when Justice is not learnt at law schools. Law schools teach law in the name of Jurisprudence but not Justice. And lawyers make flawed law, interpret, misinterprete law making life of litigants ruined. What we need is Justice University / College whose purpose is teach what is Justice, methods of justice delivery etc which should be independent of Law dept, law commission, Bar association etc. Then only we can some what expect Justice as a Justice is expected to deliver Justice based on truth law is merely.
