Words of The Day! 1. arbitrariness - n - the quality of being based on random choice or personal whim, rather than any reason or system. 2. envision - v - imagine as a future possibility; visualize. 3. turn a deaf ear - refuse to listen or respond to a statement or request. 4. trivial - adj - of little value or importance. 5. absurd - adj - wildly unreasonable, illogical, or inappropriate. 6. lo and behold - used to present a new scene, situation, or turn of events, often with the suggestion that, though surprising, it could in fact have been predicted. 7. procure - v - obtain (something), especially with care or effort. 8. apprehend - v - arrest (someone) for a crime. 9. prima facie - adj - based on the first impression; accepted as correct until proved otherwise. 10. sub judice - adj - under judicial consideration and therefore prohibited from public discussion elsewhere. 11. earmark - v - designate (funds or resources) for a particular purpose. Sub judice and earmark were new to me. Although I was able to guess earmark in the context it was used. 👍

I've heard that the police deliberately does this so that the affected party is forced to hire an advocate, who then pays a cut to the police from the fees rec'd from client.

Our India is rising every way , it’s becoming strong Globally but internally it’s still the same. Ya common people get no solution from going to the Police as they are mostly never helpful . This should be changed by the Govt . This should be improved.
Even most of the lawyers and police don't know whats written in law book, all videos along with real life examples helps a lot in understanding the law and it's applications, ✌👍

Hi Amish, Great job educating public on basic laws. I think for every citizen of India, it is equally important for them to learn basic laws during secondary education period or even higher education period since interaction of a person in society starts increasing from this phase. Laws should be taught as a mandatory subject.
I am a LLB student & apart from the books, I am always eager to hear you out. You are doing an amazing work here, thank you💫

Bhaiya good message to the layman ..but a ordinary man can approach the JM ? I have filled a complain in the local police station, it is more then 10days, they haven't issued a CSR, they made as go pillar to post. Gave a complaint in the state control room (100) even then they did not listen. They not taking action against the accused, gave the complain to register FIR no again bhai very very sad, the police why are they doing this. You pls guide what to do next, we death threats and the accused is telling us threatening words since you have complained to the police , I will show you whom I am and I don't care of your complaint.. Do kindly I am waiting your cooperation bhai ... regards
Great information but that ain’t working over here in America!
How to approach the court of magistrate? What are the ways...... can I myself approach court of magistrate......,
can you explain the procedure on how to approach the magistrate?
Police ke andar itni himmat kaha se aati hai apni manmani karne ke liye.. Police are public servant they have to listen us and file a complaint
What if the troublemaker is an advocate himself , in my case ( the advocate reached to DM office as local police knew we were honest and innocent so they didn’t do much harm to us) but when it was forwarded by DM, police become a lil rough.case is in UP state . Any ideas what can i do? It troubles my senior parents alot! Thanks if anyone can help
Please make video of power of attorney by nri start to end ( ie nri person applying in Indian embassy to government procedure person receiving power in India ) as their is no video on KZread showing step by step government procedure after receiving POA in india
thanks bro
Do you mean a District Magistrate?
It's easier said than done
It's not that easy. Court of magistrate is not approachable due to modern democratic government where they do not run on the principles.
hope i had seen this video earlier. My 3lakhs we stolen in wedding function in 5 star and hotel owner with there police lobby made sure that fir was not registered and also didn't let us clam the money whereas hotel was responsible to provide security.
But when does the police actually listen 😊
What to do when the magistrate also is in lobby of police?
all points are right what u narrated in video but please confirm how can u stop police from arresting accused in case of FIR filed by them n that too petty cases. so accused has to go for ACB only in fear of getting arrested. police can play their cards well then normal general public.
I think its the case of Scammer Payback or Jim Browning.
It's a known thing about police in India tht they won't easily register an FIR even if the crime committed is a grave one, unless u hv some political backing or some higher connections in police department or u urself r an influential person. & the police does it just to show tht the crime rate in there station limits is low & thereby hiding the no's of actual crimes being committed. Although the info shared by u to approach a magistrate in such cases is indeed enlightening & helpful, but it shows the kind of struggle tht a common man has to go thru to fight his own case, & to begin with get the case registered with the concerned police station. & even if u manage to register an FIR after such dilly-dally approach by the police, wat follows is a shoddy investigation & urgency by the police to close the case. So although the laws in India r people friendly but the officers in uniform who r supposed to enforce the law behave xactly the opposite 🙇
Sir can this option apply on all government official, plz help
FIR registered and we took anticipatory bail on civil case which was false case but it’s almost an year no charge sheet is filed how to move forward on FIR… it is clear they don’t have evidence on the sections they filed … any help ??

I don't understand this. The judge asks the police to do something. The police simply refuses to do it. Why is not that contempt of court? The judge simply asks them to do it again?
After approaching to Magistrate then again magistrate refer the complaint to police (PCR) and then again police file B Report .
Your basement is very fancy
RTI can be filed in order to get the file if I am not mistaken by this copy can be recived

fir quashing me kitna pesa lagta he sir
To all my fellow friends please compromise with wife. Police will make it simple for you.. offer something to police. Because these lawyers only want to stretch the case. Only compromise is only the option. Speak to police. They will settle everything.
