I'm currently in the same situation in Hungary. Mother is Hungarian and I'm Indian national. After the baby born she took away my son. Now I have filed court case for to finilise child visitation and child support other ancillary dispute with the girl. She is forbidden to visit my son since 1 month. In Hungary living relationship cannot claim ailmony. Only married woman depending on who's fault was break up happened.

If we accept the loose interpretation, even rea chakraborty is entitled to Maintainence from SSR property; in rajesh khanna case, this again was issue. There are qualifying words in phrase itself - in the nature of marriage, which is more then mere intimacy, else these words were not necessary.

Look at the effects: the only way out is to have an arranged marriage where your family is richer than the girl (so she prefers staying with you rather than leaving), but you live separately from the parents (so that your family property is not lost in case of divorce), whom your family has selected for being sweet and docile (any hint of unstable behaviour, divorce or mental illness in her family or anyone who is 'strong and independent' is filtered out). I have dated the most educated women you can ever find and most of them were ridiculously stupid, so try to just accept what you have now. if she’s a beautiful, nice girl and good in bed, just continue your relationship.

So what is live in relationship? At what point she ia eligible for maintenance? I mean if she lives with the man permanently in a shared household for some weeks at least only then she can ask maintenance or she can even ask for maintenance only after spending 3-4 hours per week for a month or so in some flat/ hotels also?😅 At what point a consensual relationship turned into a relationship in nature of marriage? If she asks& takes money for her companionship per week is it still a relationship like marriage & she claim maintenance if break up happens?
