Competitive positioning mainly highlights the differentiators (PoD - Points of Difference), marketing strategy should indicate the target group in addition to the differentiators 😊
No one answers in an environmental analysis lets take the political part...is the political environment of the home country of the company being analysed or is the political environment of the country the company wants to expand to get analyzed?
If a company operates on various geographical markets each political system should be taken into account 🙂

It is imoprtant that you also have accurate data validity and reability. You wouldnt want to start a research for the current market trend and size with data from 3 rd sources as told of someone else without checking your own research what is based on. The data statictics can be wrong also, you might have the intelligence to check out the book before you srtart barking on a piece of papar like a dog whitout knowing anything. The others shall be able to use your data -that is wht shall it be accurate.

There are a lot o shady areas around the electrification of cars. The concept may be ok, but there are a lot issues: sourcing the materials needed for the batteries and thus creating a lot of environmental damage. Also the source of the electricity itself which in many cases has nothing to do with green energy. In some tests in Europe it was shown that the overall carbon footprint of a small diesel car over its entire lifespan is smaller that its electric equivalent.

Nice and understandable video bit it would be evwn better if it had a simoler and more specific definition ofarketing bcs the pnes in this video are still little longish, and have vague worda like "value", "needs", 'wanrs" of customers.... Still within that politically correct definitions domain. Marketing is essentially promoting a product or service with the aim of ensuring, maintaining and increasing profit of the entity that promotes a produft or service. One other little sugestion is to improve the english pronounciation (kzread.info/dash/bejne/gamutZiuiLWWeM4.html)
