  so happy to see u in HK! love the sharing you are doing around the City, i think aside from the local HK food, it would be interesting to actually try taste some non-local food and give your opinion, as u know, HK is full of cuisines from around the world! Could compare if they are fusion or authentic haha! i recommnad trying my fav HK snack - cold noodles ! they come in little packets and choose ur toppings! and scause! yum yum

  Tahini is an interesting flavor but I've never had any that was "too salty". If anything it can be too bitter and not salty enough in my experience...

  Love you so much. You're the real deal when it comes to non-biased, proper revelations of interesting food preparation from all cultures around the world. You really are. But please, please stop referring to "meat" as "protein". Vegetables, pound for pound, have more protein than animal flesh. Call it what it is, "meat" and nothing else. This from a total confirmed omnivore who limits "meat" consumption for obvious reasons. It's time we stop confusing the massive with words like "protein" when, in fact, vegetables provide all the necessary protein anyone would use or desire. Love you!
