Mohan Lal Tandoor makes Tandoor ovens, and is located in Bangkok. Could always contact them and see if they will make one for you. They also do a variety of types, with the traditional clay tandoor, a gas-fired tandoor, and an electric tandoor being the most notable; that said, there's also a "barbecue tandoor", which might be more up your alley. Either way, that's the sorta thing I'd recommend checking out, local manufacturers. :D

The fried Okra sticks appear to be like our fried Okra in the South. Southerners have been frying Okra forever and it is so good - as a proud Southern girl I love the fried Okra but hate the boiled slimy Okra. So happy you showed the smash-burger technique from the Angry Truck - I never get my patties thin enough so I will definitely be using his smashing technique.

That legit was one of the best Burgers I've EVER seen in my Life and I spend like 12Hrs a day watching Foodvideos or making Food myself. Holy shit that's perfection.

as a Dutchman, when i look at UK supermarket prices i'm like "damn" (they got some good bargains) and especially the northern english can be quite frugal and even their take-outs like chippys are quite often very nicely priced ofcourse a deep fried butty it's usually not going to win any michelin stars, but it's honest food for honest prices. as you may or may not know, the dutch have some stereotypes about frugality too so i can totally feel them, we're a thrifty bunch :D when i look at USA big city prices, i'm like "dayum" (that's extortionate), i probably would be paying marginally less at a music festival with notoriously extortionate pices like 4 coins worth 3.50 or something... that's insane surely that shit can't be the case in fly-over states, right? :D 16 bucks lol i could throw in another 3 bucks, and get 2 pounds of high grade steak, i'll eat it raw if i have to, i prefer my steak blue anyway :D i'll be spending my money at the proper butcher instead lol

Angry Line Cook seems like a place for more than just burgers, but like a place you can experience rebellious 70's culture, and I LOVE it!

The Tandoori Pizza was unique- I would give it a try, looked as you described a convenient way to eat curry. 🍕 The beef for the noodles looked really tender and tasty- but put on "Pot noodles" ???, If they put that on hand made egg or rice noodles it would be absolutely delicious. 🍜 I was skeptical about the squashed meat until he put one on top of the other- and I loved that he actually buttered the bread rolls. 🍔I think that in Australia we like a bit of salad and an egg on our burgers, and this would have been PERFECT. The fried veges would be a hit with my kids. Thanks Sonny

Bend, Oregon has some awesome food trucks. The best birria tacos I’ve ever had was from a little taco truck. But so many other great options.

When I was a kid in the 70's my grandmother used buttermilk for everything, yeah, southern... Used to dink it by the glass when we were there, loved it!!!

Fun Fact: Tapatio Ramen IS Korean, as it is made in South Korea. And...it is delicious.

Hey Sonny @MoreBestEverFoodReviewShow I worked at a restaurant where we did deep fried brussel sprouts but then we would toss them in garlic butter with a peppers and shallot mix little bit of salt and pepper and then a garlic chipotle sauce to dip in and they were amazing I still make ‘em at home

Sonny’s energy is top notch. I’m a big fan of pho and I also live in MN myself. May need to stop by that food truck with the pho bahn mi when I am in the cities next to try it out.
