I don't get it. IF I understand you correctly, the higher the number, the later (i.e., most recent) the date when the eggs were produced. Which would mean that we want the HIGHEST, not the lowest number, because that would be the most recent date--depending, of course, whether it is early or late in the year. For example, it is now September. Eggs dated 199 would be much older than eggs dated 240 (of course, we need to pay attention to the time of year).

The problem is, if you don't have the freshest eggs, you lose most of the white, and that lost white would still be good to eat.

If you get the eggs with the lowest number that would indicate they are they oldest….

KUDOS sir you work in a ultra small kitchen and you make it work! So per your instruction i was successful making this no doubt delicious I took the liberty of exposing my friends so i invited them over to an off the cuff PARTY. So i served this chili on Costco beef dogs and all agreed it was sooooo good - so then the usual offers of proposals for marriage and silly stuff like - child bearing and the like (Yikes these were all fairly annebriated guys) anyway it was a huge hit just wanted to say Thnx Bro!! And remember to always ROCK ON!! By the way just plain ole White Vinegar works good as well!!🍺Im out!!

Not gonna lie this video rubbed me the wrong way. It was cool that you was making a Cincinnati dish giving it its credit but to say there’s nothing goin on here an all we have is a street car and people that rob is misleading. But it’s a free country 🤷🏾‍♂️

Nice video. Being a foodie that I am, I've known about Cincinnati Chili only 25 years or so. Been making Chili 50 years or more. I love Coney's. Whether it be with traditional no bean chili or a Cinci Style Chili. They are great comfort foods. Many Cinci Style Chilis include chocolate. Skyline does not have Chocolate as an ingredient. That is a myth. Who knows how it got started. But it is simply nonsense. Add it if you want. But it is not a clone of Skyline. I've only been able to experience Skyline Chili from a can. A Cinci chick I met online sent me a couple of cans. I enjoyed the unusual flavor for a 3 way or Coney Sauce. I do like it a bit thicker though. ago

Have you ever tried popping the corn using only the at the movies pop corn brand topping oil that you show in your video? I know people who claim that using only that oil the popcorn has an incredible flavor, even better than using coconut oil, and it makes sense to me, since that topping oil also has beta carotene to give it color and flavor on its own. I don't live in North America, but in my country we have Cinemark, and the popcorn there is extremely addictive, it's my favorite, of course they use flavacol, but I don't think so that is the only key to its flavor, I am sure they not use coconut oil, I have been trying to recreate that flavor since 2019, I have used different brands of butter flavored coconut oil, including the one you have in your video dutchman's and of course the great flavacol and yes, the popcorn tastes good but not as good as cinemark, i don't know exactly what oil they use there, i also tried the butter flavored canola oil and it was the worst thing that I have tried in my life, I begin to suspect that they use the topping oil that you show in this video both to pop the popcorn and to have that special flavor together with flavacol of course. But why do you say that using that would cause a heart attack? I hope it's a joke.

It really doesn’t matter if oil is hot, need more oil too and once melted put kernels in right away and if your putting salt in it then you didn’t do the flavacol correct

I've been wanting to go to Cincinnati for years just so I can try the chili but after making your recipe, I don't think it would make a difference. This was by far the best recipe I've had. This is pretty much the opposite of my tastes: I don't like tons of cheese on stuff (unless it's cream cheese on bagels) I like pasta al dente I always twirl spaghetti on my fork. But I'm curious about regional food staples, so that's why I'm here. And this was interesting, NGL.

Cincinnati Bengals just made it to the Super Bowl. I'm using this video, so thank you very much! The recipes online were confusing the crap outta me... then I realized they were dead serious about soupiness upon watching your video. Also for my keto friends out there (the TV host is keto), the sugar is the only ingredient here that breaks your diet... I think. So use Stevia or some other alternative instead. Pretty crazy with all the shit that goes in there that sugar is your only culprit! And obviously the spaghetti noodles too but you can always toss this chili on a hot dog (bunless) or any variety of bread-replacement you usually go to.

Here are some tips from someone who's been eating and making Cincinnati chili for 60 years. The hot dogs aren't boiled, they sit on a flat-top all day and slowly get browned. Also make sure to use sharp cheddar, or extra sharp. Most agree chocolate or cocoa is a myth. Other than that, this guy has it pretty close!

worked there, its mild. Make sure to freshly grate on the thin side of the grater. Extra points for letting the shredded cheese sweat a little
