Crispy Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

RECIPE FOR TWO
INGREDIENTS
1 POUND BRUSSELS SPROUTS RINSED
2 oz. PANCETTA
3 TABLESPOONS PURE MAPLE SYRUP
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
SALT TO TASTE
RECIPE
PRE-HEAT BAKING SHEET ON BOTTOM RACK TO 450 DEGREES FARENHIGHT
PREP BRUSSELS SPROUTS BY CUTTING THE ENDS OFF AND HALVING
TOSS SPROUTS WITH SALT AND OLIVE OIL AND PLACE CUT SIDE DOWN ON PRE-HEATED BAKING SHEET.
PLACE INTO OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CUT SIDE REACHES DESIRED CRISPINESS THEN FLIM AND ROAST FOR 5 MORE MINUTES
WHILE BRUSSELS SPROUTS ARE ROASTING, RENDER THE FAT OUT OF THE PANCETTA IN A LARGE SKILLET
TOSS COOKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH PANCETTA AND MAPLE SYRUP AND SERVE!
