I just made this recipe 😋 delicious, I added red onion and top it with a little Parmesan cheese at the end 😋
Making these for Valentine’s Day, just did a test run tonight, these are INSANE. Rival Brussels sprouts I’ve had from fancy steakhouses, will be putting this recipe to use A LOT more
This video was so clear and complete, thank you so much
I just made them. So delicious! Thank you.
I’ve made this recipe twice!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Thanks for sharing!
I’m new to air frying and I am loving your channel! Thanks for making things so simple and explaining each step! Aaaand now I’m hungry…
I love brussel sprouts! I been hooked since i tried them this way..im def making them on my new airfryer
Just tried this recipe and it is sooo goood!! Even my 14yr old son loved it. And I quote “I wasn’t expecting that crunch! 😮”
I just tried this recipe, and they turned out perfect. Thank you.
I’m going to try these for the very first time. Thanks for sharing
Another keeper! This one was as close to restaurant quality as I've gotten to so far, and will definitely make again. If your sprouts are a bit on the small side it probably wouldn't hurt to back the temp down a bit if that's your preference, but I kind of like them on the charred side.
I can't wait till my garden grown Brussels are ready for harvest. I've been cooking a ton of veggies in my air fryer. Asparagus comes out particularly good in it. Would love any ideas/ videos of doing corn on cob in air fryer, haven't figured that one out. Cheers to healthier eating!
I just bought this Cosori Love it for sure
Great video! making these tonight!
I just made this. Delicious!!!
Ive always hated brussel sprouts until this thanksgiving, i tried one, coukdnt get enough! Just got an airfryer recently and was looking for an easy way to make my own, thanks! They are cooking right now 🤤

Love cooking this in my air fryer 👍
Gonna try this... they look delish!!!😋
I'm usually an olive oil, garlic powder and oregano kinda guy but balsamic vinegar sounds worth a try...i'll try that with a NY strip 😊
Doing this when I get home ❤
So happy I found your account. Will be cooking your Brussels sprout recipe this week as well as your air fryer bacon. Liked and subscribed!👍
*subbed* much love from Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦 I can’t wait to try these
Gonna try these tonight 😊
I made these, I added a bit of squeezed lime juice. Added at sane times of vinegar. Very good. A nice ride to flavor town. Had ours with steak and red wine. So good. Made ours in Ninja Foodie Grill air fryer, 350 degrees 15 minute, added leaves at 7 minutes. Thanks.
We love you, Paul Rudd! Thanks for this recipe!
Thanks so much I debating wether 10 or 12 were good enough lol also was about to do 300 temp thank you they came out amazing and little crispy
I need to try this 😋😋😋
Thanks. I just ordered the cosori like yours
Thank you for this! :D
Made some a week ago, now Im back for more. Great video!
you are a nice guy. thanks for the recipe.
Yay! just got a Dash mini fryer 😎 checking out your play list!
Thank you. Just tried these for the first time and WOW! Delicious. My only suggestion is smash the garlic first to release the beneficial chemistry within the garlic cloves. Other than that, thank you for a perfect recipe.
WOW. I love Brussel sprouts they look delicious 😋

Thanks so much! They come out really delicious!
Great to see someone using the Cosori I have; the company doesn't give a recipe book. Best AF I've used. Sprouts @400 in the oven works great; it's a little hot in an AF.
You got a new air fryer, very nice!! No more basket issues 😂
So simple but you helped me greatly! Haha
I just did this per your instructions, and it was awesome! Thank you =)
I got my air fryer 2 days ago and I’m gonna try this for sure. They look delicious 🤤. Can’t wait to unbox mine and try ur recipe. 👍🏻

This is a good way to try them for the first time!
Someone may have mentioned this, but why don’t you wash and dry those outer leaves. 😢 You can toss them in a little of the seasonings, then air fry after the halved ones are done. Those crispy bits are so good.
You had me talking to the tv I was so hype
So enjoyed hearing the crispy mic close up! For those who love "pork" add some real bacon bits!
Can you use frozen Brussel sprouts? Please reply...Thank you
Did you add food without preheating?

Thank you Tammy!
Can I add 21bs. Of Brussel sprouts at the same time and just increase the ingredients?
I use a mix of melted butter, honey, and balsamic for my glaze
Great video, thanks. It appears that the cooking chamber /tray is coated , not bare stainless steel. Should it be a concern for food and air contamination with chemicals emission to food and air from the coating?
Do you steam first the Brussel sprouts?
Thanks now my Brussels sprouts are completely burnt
How much the air fryer where you buy it
Hi I may be missing it, but how much by weigh of Sprouts did you start with 16oz? I looked at the recipe link it dosent say there either. Thanks
Just made these… any way of removing the sourness without dipping them in lemon water? In the video is specifically mentioned not to wet them so to not lose the crunchiness…
Best with frozen sprouts 👍

Great idea!
I want a t shirt that says "Moisture is literally the enemy of crispy."
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar another 1tbsp once cooked 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp back pepper 400degrees 12 mins
Personally I recommend you cut them into thirds. If you get little guy, half is fine. But I know you often come across an absolute unit of a Brussel sprout, go quarters. All long ways like he showed. I hope more people accept Brussel sprouts into their lives. So good. So hated by our parents. I know I never ate because they didn't like em.
I froze a lot of Brussels sprouts. Can these be used?
Question, I'm on a meal plan right now. I can't use any oil. No oils at all. Any substitute?

Not that I know of. Maybe just air fry smth else? Like chicken, dry brine it first tho, or else it won't be crispy!

If you don't eat meat, maybe mushrooms? I suggest experimenting some, but don't go overboard😅
OK i wil sub.
Rock hard!!
Do you not need to pre-heat the air fryer?
@cookingwithcoit
Жыл бұрын
I never preheat my air fryer.
the leafs come off because you cut WAAAAY too much from the bottom of the sprouts unnecessarily. Try it next, you'll thank me. A tip I received from a michelin star chef :)
See, so many people have experienced brussels sprouts (and vegetables in general) made incorrectly and THAT'S why they hate them, because I used to HATE these...and then I had some made by AMC theaters (go figure) and now I know that I actually love them, just not boiled to sh--crap.
The 400 degrees. Is it celsius or fahrenheit?
@Rohan_553

400c would turn them into dust
How about instead of second tbsp of balsamic, use 1tbsp o pomegranate molasses/
@suran396
4 ай бұрын
Do you make pomegranate molasses. (If so, how) or buy it?
Justin I love your recipes, but I have the Ninja Combi and it is different, please get ninja to give you one and give recipes using that please..
Never cut the ends. Thats what keeps them together
Mine were leathery and bitter. Thanks
how big is ypur air fryer i am single guy, and want to get the right size
I wash just about everything I put in my mouth with either baking soda alone or baking soda & vinegar!
Is Pre-heatinng air fryer really unnecessary ?
@cheynespringbett8761
Жыл бұрын
It depends on your air fryer. Some models require pre-heating, and some don't. Check your users manual
That temp for that long seems too much, mine started burning at 8 minutes, i probably did something wrong, but not sure what
These make great healthy snacks as well!
For the people like me that like to wash their fruits and vegetables, just dry them off real good with a paper towel, they’ll still come out crispy
@Skinthatglows69
2 күн бұрын
Shush! They come out soggy. You can never paper towel dry the inside.
😢washhhhhh
How about adding some bacon.
Nice air fryer however is the loading food area plastic or metal ? Asking because most of these plastic components are actually toxic to cooking and leches into our foods . If you have one where it’s fully metal inside it would be safer. Just a mention that’s all 😊
EVOO at 400? Lol wtf?
Your wife is very lucky.
Thanks for this message, God, I thank you, please give me and your children power to resist the devil. Send off the alarm Lord, when the enemy is around
Didn’t work at all! Inedible - burnt and dry! I know I didn’t have many sprouts - so I put them in at 360 for 7 minutes - expecting to give them a shake - they were as described - Threw them out - so bad!
Adding bacon taste better…
You had me up to balsamic vinegar. Cannot stand it. Lol but I did hit the like and subscribe button anyway so don’t be recommending every dish with balsamic otherwise, I will unsubscribe. Lol
Followed his advice, including temperature and time, and they came out absolute rubbish. All black, crunchy yes, but that's the way to cook sprouts Going back to boiling, at least they'll be green
Good video but, not WASHING IS CRAZY TOWN!

Sure, luke warm water kills definitely more germs than airfrying food. By the way: we have stomach acid.
