Would have been better if you had put the flakes while mashing up the Avacado for it to be infused.

When you are shopping for mangos you need to look for the all yellow skin mangos. If the have any red or green skin then do not buy them 🤣🤷‍♂️

Just finished making and eating this. So easy to prep and cook and tasted so good, I went for seconds. One thing perhaps is add the garlic in the last third of the onion cooking stage. This will prevent any potential burning. I also crushed and chopped my garlic instead of mince to lower the risk of burn. 10/10 dish dude!

Hi I want to make some banana bread as I have really ripe ( actually maybe totally off bananas - they're completely brown!) but I just cannot throw them away. When I open them I am hoping they will be sweet and perfectly OK to bake with! I will taste them first to make sure they are OK! Thank you for your video. You speak clearly, positively and with a nice smile which I do not get much of in the UK ( maybe it's the weather and the fact that many people are living off microwaved prepackaged meals a lot instead of proper, healthy food...)!!! It is great that you are cooking at home and you have chosen some healthier ingredients but your recipe could be healthier!! Here are my comments and suggestions: You said that you only used 2 sweeteners in this recipe but actually you used 3 (bananas, maple syrup and chocolate chips)!!! Chocolate is often made mainly of sugar (and the unhealthy refined white sugar variety!!!) So be careful when you use them as you might be putting too much sugar in your cakes. I use chopped raisins to sweeten my cakes instead of chocolate as they are healthier than chocolate chips, I prefer the taste of raisins and they provide some fibre too. Other people like to use dates in cakes to sweeten them naturally and in a healthier way. What is in maple syrup?? It sounds like a manmade syrup... which means it might have some chemical sweetener added to it - they have been adding various different types of sugar to MOST food products on sale in the shops - people are always trying to con the consumer - it is NOT good! As a result of it all I am very suspicious of anything that does not look like a fruit or vegetable!!! Some vanilla extracts also have sugar in them!! You could just add cocoa powder to the mix instead of chocolate chips. That way there is less sugar in your cake. Why did you use baking soda in this recipe??? You used eggs so there is NO need to add a manmade chemical additive to the mix too!!! Eggs can be used on their own as a raising agent. There is no need to put 2 types of raising agent in a cake. I AVOID using baking soda and baking powder as much as possible as they are manmade chemical powders and people who eat them in cakes regularly have lots of different health complaints (obesity, inflammation, low mood etc and they are constantly going on about hospital appointments!!!). I prefer my cakes to be made from 100% natural healthy ingredients and prefer to use eggs or nothing! In this last year I have started using organic eggs too instead of free range eggs. As a chef/cook you should always encourage your viewers to use healthy sugar and healthy salt in recipes (eg unrefined natural sugar and unrefined natural salt rather than any sugar and salt as it would encourage viewers to make every ingredient healthy!). All the books on nutrition and healthy eating I have read state to stay OFF the refined chemical sugar and salt as they have been linked to MANY diseases but many people have still been using them in foods making themselves and others ill!! They clearly need a LOT of reminders and encouragement to use healthy versions of sugar and salt whenever they cook! I love nuts!!! Walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds etc. They are all great in our food and you should start eating them as they are VERY good for you ( so say all books I have read on healthy eating!!!). Sometimes it just takes a little getting used to if you are not used to them. You could try chopping them in very little pieces first and then adding them to cakes together with other nuts, you will not notice them that way. You should realise that walnuts are very good and hopefully use them more often in your cooking. I give my husband walnuts to eat on their own with fresh fruit and he eats them without a problem. He is happy to eat these healthy nuts. You probably should be eating them too!! Instead of buying oatmilk in packaging that looks quite bad for the environment, you could make oatmilk yourself and that way you will have fewer additives in your homemade meals and it will be better for the planet too because there will be less packaging/waste generated. It is really easy to make homemade oatmilk. Instead of spending lots of money on oatmilk in cartons you could spend your money on organic oats and make homemade oatmilk and it will be better for your health and that of your family. You could use the oats that are left in the nut milk bag to make oat cookies or porridge! You could also try using unrefined vegetable oil instead of butter to grease your tins and in your recipes. Dairy is very fattening and has been linked to lots of health complaints so I am using unrefined vegetable oils instead when I cook now instead of dairy. I hope this helps you cook in a healthier manner! Best of luck with your cooking and baking!

It can be more appetising: * Sauteed a generous amount of diced onions & carrots in sesame oil (use any oil of your choice) for approx 3 minutes. * Then add in diced red & yellow sweet peppers (for a variation of colour) I also add in grated or finely chopped garlic and ginger for extra flavour, sauteed for another 3 minutes. * Finally add in some small pieces of broccoli with the pulsed cauliflower and add salt, Cheyenne pepper and dark soya sauce, keep stirring for about 3 minutes before serving as a delicious healthy rice alternative 😋

Warm butter is used when well blended soft product is the desired end result. Cold butter is when you want it to stay in pieces in the end product so that when it is cooked/baked a flaky texture is the result.

A very :cheffy" way to cut watermelon but not very effective. Considerable wastage. Cut the melon into quarters then each quarter into thick slices. With a paring knife cut away the rind from each slice to get perfect half moon slices which can then be cut into whatever shape pieces desired.
