Dash With Ash in Canada

I'm Ash
I have a passion for creating content and for the longest time I have been making content about gig work on this channel. I have been self-employed for 2 years now with the help of gig work, KZread and even the Amazon Influencer program that started as hobbies and then side hustles to now shifting to part time income. That's why on this channel you will find a lot of Uber Eats delivery content, a bit of DoorDash content, a not so polite amount of Instacart content and tutorials and of course a bit of Skip the dishes. Also on this channel you will find some content related to the Amazon Influencer program and KZread because without those combined , I would not have the freedom to enjoy self employment the way I do now. I want to help you the best way I know how and that's by...Making content.

    It's a total scam. Even if you select it, and pay the extra $3-$4, you're more than likely not going to tip well or at all thinking the driver will get more of the fees and you're stuck waiting longer because driver's will decline it.

    downloaded the app, passed the verification and still couldn't decide to start... yesterday.. omg I decided to try! And what do you think?! The first offer was ok, I took another offer into the process ($1.98 nightmare..) and in a complete fog because you couldn't control anything... you were only shown the current moment.. after I finished, I didn't even see how much I earned... I decided to take the order as the app showed $11... I regretted that moment... without any control I went as the app instructed... in the end it turned out to be so far away that it was terrible... these were 2 orders and I for a minute!!! spent 120 m, drove through the highway to some ghetto... but I delivered, in the end for all the torment I earned only $18 no this is clearly not for me, I wanted to quit a hundred times, but I still had to finish it..

    I've been doing the Amazon Influencer Program for nearly 2 years, but it's been the US-based one, as the Canadian one didn't show videos on the product pages until recently. Is this data from the Canadian site or the American site?

  • @JayDeeMC

    @@DashWithAshinCanada Got it. I'm not pushing the Canadian one at all, but I've been rather lazy the last few months on the American one. As a result, my views and commissions have dropped a lot. I used to get payouts every month, but now once every 3 months. If you become inactive, your income will drop drastically. They also went through a period of testing last year where they rarely showed any videos, then they put the videos at the bottom of the product page. People I know who could get their full time income through the program were suddenly losing 75-90% of their income. It's still in Beta, though, so they're continuing to adjust things. I made more than $2000 US on only 50 videos. But I need to get active again. I have so many books, I'm going to start reviewing them.

  • @DashWithAshinCanada
    @DashWithAshinCanada11 күн бұрын

    With 50 videos, I would believe it would be hard to make that daily income because if Amazon only shows for example....30 videos of your 50, and out of those 30, you get let's say 18 clicks, then those clicks have to turn into sales so I won't lie, I am not surprised that after you stopped, the sales stopped. I don't think it's because you became in active, it's just 50 videos is a good number, but not that sweet spot that earns daily commission. Amazing job getting that $2000, that's a huge achievement!
