Uber’s shop & pay orders have done. $5 - 7 bucks base price for most orders..,, Needless to introduce. Only customers benefit

I will get the odd end of a good shop and pay order but yeah, for the most part, they don't help me much anymore.

This might have come out before the last update notice I got, So i'm going to mention it now. According to Uber eats, custom satisfaction is high on their list. This is a copy of the notice they Sent. Learn how to measure your succes sWe’ve heard from customers that when their items are out of stock, they appreciate getting a similar replacement item. And we’ve heard from some shoppers that you’d like the ability to track how often you’re able to find (and if needed, replace) items on Shop & Pay trips. Introducing Fulfillment Rate, a shopping insight that shows you just what makes a Shop & Pay trip extra successful. What’s Fulfillment Rate?This insight is calculated as follows: total number of items found and replaced ÷ total number of items requested x 100.What do we mean by items? If a customer orders 4 bananas and 3 apples, that counts as 2 items (bananas and apples). If you find all 2 items, you have a 100% Fulfillment Rate. Basically if the store screws with the order in anyway, we are held responsible. I turned off shop and pay and won't go back until this is fixed. Am I over reacting?

Instacart does something very similar within their ratings. I don't think you're over reacting but basically it's just to let you know how you're doing with shop and pays. I decline 90% of them so I don't blame you for turning it off.

Personally , I avoid all shop and pay orders lol I have it only but normally they are all garbage nowadays , unlike when they first introduced it.
