I think uber is moving towards all orders being on trip radar, having us fight over scraps like a bunch of desperate starving vultures.

I think they won't pay us soon enough for us driving to the restaurants , I think they will try that move , as if they aren't already cheap enough

I do indeed! I am definitely going to be doing a review video on my Cricut maker and post it on my Amazon page. South shore here too. I’ve had pretty good trip radar offers, just like ive had bad ones in ignore that end up coming though as an actual offer i need time refuse lol

Last night I had a lie of a trip radar offer. It said CLEARLY Baton Rouge, $29 - 5km...Who wouldn't take that? So I clicked it because I was right next to it and Uber shoots me back, $9 for 5km....Like hello....Missing the extra $20 that was quoted. I swear we got bots on the South Shore lol

Good video! Trip Radar is irritating because it only gives the distance to the restaurant then to the customer’s and not from the driver’s location. Most of the time I accept trip radar offers is when I’m near the restaurant with good pay and miles.

The only other time I accept a trip radar offer is when I’m near a store for shop and deliver orders.

When I get a trip radar that says like 40 bucks or 35 there is always an issue when I get to the restaurant ,or somone had picked it up already.

You could always accept the order, confirm the order, “pick up” the order, go to the drop off, and complete the order. You get paid, customer calls Uber to report the missing food, and everyone wins. 🎊 🎉 Another benefit is other drivers don’t get routed to that order. We all win, and the only loser is Uber. And that’s okay because it’s their fault to begin with.

Hello Ash! Totally love your purple hair!!! Trip radar goes off at least once maybe twice per shift with UBER for me. I do find that when I click to receive the offer I never get it. However, I have found that when I do this, I get orders coming in nonstop. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but if it’s a really slow shift and a trip radar goes off and I click it I’m pretty much guaranteed I’m not going to get it anyway, but I know that very soon soon I’m going to get an offer. I think that maybe your bot theory is something to think about 🤔

So tonight I clicked a $29 for 5km Baton Rouge which is possible , I click to accept and Uber then sends me a $9 for 5km for Baton Rouge. I didn't accept it because I was so mad but also I wished I screen shot it and I didn't. Totally bot moment right there

Good work I quit uber now working car hauler.

Yes, if it's way too far away from you, you will see them because Uber is trying to trick you into taking them. If they pop up after that and hit your acceptance rate its because Uber knew you were close enough to send to ( even though many times we aren't )

Out of the thousands of trip radar offers sent to me I think I've taken 4.

Trip Tadar is a hit or miss 90& of the time is trash but sometimes their is something really good

I don't think trip radar works exactly the same in California. We have prop 22 and have to be paid per time and mile

They can still push the orders since from my understanding the pay per time is based on active orders and if you take a trip radar order , that's a active order.

@@DashWithAshinCanada yes so it doesn't change much from any regular order. I don't think legally they can do it from restaurant to delivery location here. It has to be actual miles and from the moment you accept order time starts accumulating .

O ya uber eats sends me an offer for a food place. 8 miles away. When the same one is right across the street.
