Sir should I take creatine in the morning after running or before? And if I take it before running then what should I eat or can I just take it with jaggery?

It literally doesn't matter even one bit. Take it whenever you can.

But bro, will it work if you drink creatine and run without eating anything?

The banana is all sugar and it will flatten you out. Your muscles and body will have a flat look.

My electrolyte mix is cheaper and better. I buy Cream of Tartar from the baking section of the supermarket. Cream of Tartar is Potassium Bitartrate. I add 1 teaspoon full to a litre of soda water. To that, I add half teaspoon Magnesium Chloride and a quarter teaspoon salt. That gives me my daily shot of Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium and Chloride.

A lot of people mocking the price but honestly the sad truth is there is no super cheap electrolyte ingrediant home made or At the store. All though I do highly reccomend going home made if you can find the time. It tastes better and is healthier. First you don'nt need the most expensive one coconut water ever. And secondly you dont need to use nearly as much as he does. I personally go -Half a cup of coconut water -2 lemons -Some sea salt -A spoon of honey -And normally I buy a soda water and mix that in till i reach a full cup A month supply costs me around 20 bucks and I can normally make that last the month with me working out around 2-4 times a week. Depending on how dedicated im feeling. So honestly not that bad in price. It only goes by quick if you end up falling inlove with the taste and drinking it every single day. Which you most likely wont.

Please be aware that 2 individuals have gone missing on that exact trail, one year apart from the other. They are still missing so if you see anything, please document the information well and call it in to Olympic NP rangers! Thanks!

Costly - my rule is invest max in shoes because at the end of the day they take the beat and similar level of investment in the food we eat and else everything comes second -and these are costlier than many shoes

Living in Atlanta Georgia it gets very hot and humid! Definitely can make the workout harder! Don't get me wrong a part of me enjoys the heat but when it's crazy hot it's just like you hit the wall!
