last summer I had 3 stays in the psych ward at the hospital because I was ready to end my life. It was so encouraging to hear the interview and to remind myself there are so many people fighting similar battles. Now if only I could get into running!!!

LOVE IT!
Very powerful opener. I very much appreciated it to set the tone. Great editing, great story, and good luck on your continuous adventure.

why are you mixing two different units in one caption?
Why Coca- cola during long runs? What are the advantages? Met you at the OC Marathon! Cheers

easy carbs/calories for fuel! Plus it tastes great and the carbonation helps settle the stomach
Do your shoes get soaked bc of the heavy sweat or no?

@@jeremy.miller So how do you combat blisters? If I run without a shirt it's like running in puddles and my feet start to blister.
The idea of milk, heat and running makes me think of anchorman. Milk was a bad idea.

Careful drinking and advertising drinking raw milk. Like anything, it’s all about how much risk you’re willing to take. Make sure you do your own research and make the decision for yourself, everyone!
Hi
M8, I really enjoy your content, thanks for that! But the advertising for cow milk… really? :/ there are better ways and alternatives. We don’t need animals to suffer for some milk, which originally is for their cow babies. Maybe think about.

Raw milk farms are vastly different from factory/industrial farms. The cows do not suffer and are treated much better
