Just ran my first ever 5K/race in houston this morning! Got under 30 mins, 29:43! Cant imagine running this much lol, big inspiration man keep up the good content

bro any suggestions and training or tips for 100km ultra trail . I’ll be running my very 100km trail in September with elevation gain around 5000m. PS. Already run 100km in (road) last Dec. 2023. TIA
You probably get this all the time sorry but what heart rate monitor you rocking? I've got a Coros pace 3 and get questionable readings on easy runs. Thanks mate

I've been using a polar h10 with my pace 3 due to the cadence lock issues with heart rate tracking.

Love the channel. Please be careful drinking and advertising drinking raw milk. Like anything, it’s all about how much risk you’re willing to take. Make sure you do your own research and make the decision for yourself, everyone!

As someone that is health conscious I’m surprised to see you put your training and race at risk by drinking raw milk, it would be awful if you got bird flu right now. Also, it’s strange you would drink something with no scientific benefit when you seem to be very scientific about your carb/fueling strategy and your workouts. Perhaps you only support science that aligns with your views? I enjoy the series, keep up the content, good luck in your upcoming 100 miler.
Please more running and training content, and less commentating about vegans and meat😊

Yeah, vegan and vegetarian dietary choices are huge in the ultra community. I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see him start shifting his eating habits if he gets serious into ultra running.
