I always think this when I see top racers running, they look like they're out for a stroll! Since Ben said he was at 90% I imagine he was pushing damn hard, just not into the "actively dying" stage, which would be me at almost 2 minutes slower pace

Wow, she’s incredible! It’s true what she said though, pacers help you to push harder than you can push on your own. Good job Ben 👌

1st time here. Maaaaan this got me hyped. Really great video. Right now 5k is prbly my absolute favorite distance to run outside of sprints. It's like a mini long distance sprint haha

Enjoyed this, great pacing too. She was a beast, you could hear her working hard in the first Kilometre. She gritted her teeth until the finish. Her ability to ask if her opponents were in her heels, showed her mental clarity and experience. Was fantastic to watch. Well done sir and to the young lady, looking forward to watching her in Paris.

so quick! I'm sat here getting envious as I injured myself on my marathon other week, now I'm unable to run....but I feel I'm not too far off now - maybe a cheeky parkrun easy easy pace next week...don't want to push it. Listening to the Pod you with your injury and now callum with his has definitely made me re evaluate running through injuries and actually taking the time to heal and be good by doing hop tests etc has really been helpful and I'll come back stronger - hopefully hit a 5k summer race series local to me Jun/July and go sub 19.
