THE SUB

An epic weekend at the 2023 Chicago Chicago Marathon! We hosted a shakeout run with 100+ people, stopped by the expo, ate tons of carbs & deep dish pizza, ran a 2:44 marathon, went to the WNDR Museum, the Starbucks Roastery Reserve, the Museum of Science & Industry, and much more.
Congrats to everyone who completed the Chicago Marathon this year!

I like Jeremy because he’s a good example you can run and lift successfully without and injecting oil into your glutes twice a week.

Congrats man, you crushed it. Your content is my favorite dude; not overly dramatic, clean edits, good info, all that shit. Great shots of the windy titty too. Question- my first half marathon is coming up in nov. I'm in PA school but I have been consistently hitting 30 mile weeks for the better half of this year. How long of a taper do you suggest?

@@jeremy.miller last question. my friend said if i run a sub 2:45 in the LA marathon this march, he'll give me 500 dollars. ive never ran a marathon, half a marathon, or a 10k before. i recently ran a 5k at 17:30 at 185 pounds. never ran a 5k before nor trained and somehow managed to win first place. if drop down to 170 do you think i have a chance? thanks
