Dear heavens you’re a beast, thanks for being one of the only (I know there’s more I just haven’t found them yet) running channels that also focuses on lifting as well. I’m working on strength training as well because of you!

Also Fergus Crawley is another. He actually attempted the sub 5 mile and500 lb deadlift a few weeks ago

You deserve way more subs bro. Keep up the great content ❤
400m 76 77 wow you have a good balance physical My english is not good but you know what i'm saying? Respect!
Awesome work! Can't wait for the new flavor 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
But how much milk did you drink today?
I struggle with fueling my body. I have such an inconsistent appetite. You are a machine!
we still need to work on getting you sponsored by a raw milk company 👀
Dogggosss hahah great work dude
Need to make the switch to coros
Programming question- it looks like your approach is “hard days, hard” (stacking speed and legs on the same day). I’m curious about the intention behind doing legs on long run day as well. Is that more of a mobility/recovery session, or do you actually feel like you’re able to lift heavy for strength/growth on long run day?
#motionislotion First announcement and taste test for the Switchback community should be at the Cooldown run on Wednesday?!👀
Does anyone know what his RPE is when he's weightlifting?
What app do you use to log your runs? Is that training peaks? Never used but heard great things
