Even at 34, Mike wasn't the same. He looked slow, footwork slow & rarely used his jab to get inside.

This is still one of my favorite fights of all time. It was so good to see Tyson eat the canvas. He couldn't even find his mouthpiece. That uppercut sprayed his brains all over the room! The media lapdogs were shocked!! LOL!!! Your arrogance lost you the title that night Michael, you were embarrassed on the world stage. I don't think you ever got over it. Pride goeth before the fall.

It's simple, boxing educated folks. Maybe, the most important boxing match from the Twentieth Century. Ali, showing incredible fortitude, taking a step back, only to take 2 steps forward. Inspirational 👏

nearly 40 . never saw a fight, not one for "violence"..but yeah amazing performance and story, how everything conspirated that buster would win .. but another thing that also blows my mind is.. the lack of profesionallism of the video and the chaos in the ring before and after the fight..insane :))

Liston was 33 years old so he is not old as much as people describe !! not old to get destroyed like that !!? Ali just made him a joke ;;; ali in age 33 , 34 , 35 beat lyle , fraizer , norton , shavers they were very hard and great fighters ,, the point is even if sonny in his prime he could not beat ali so stop saying ali could not beat prime liston and remember before this fight sonny beat floyd in the 1st round when floyd was in his prime and all the fans of boxing know how good floyd was

Douglass did indeed dominate the fight, but if you look when he got knocked down in the 8th. Something wasn't right with the ref.He wasn't going to let that fight end right there. His delay in counting is proof his body language is proof.but kudos to Buster for a really good fight

Frazier wasn’t intimidated in the slightest. When you’ve got the determination of a honey badger and the heart of a lion you’re the intimidater. The tenacity of the man was truly amazing. Two unbelievably tough fighters.

Mike wanted to fight, but I think Golota was paid off. It won't be the first time a promoter paid one fighter to show up and not do too much. Mike would have won either way, but it looked like a behind the scenes deal from Don King or someone like that. They put money on Mike and paid Golota to make sure they won the bet.

I don't know why there was a controversy. It was clear to me; the tiebreaker was the knockdown. But let there be no doubt, this will always be the GREATEST BOXING MATCH my dad has ever seen; once I saw the match myself, I turned to my dad and agreed.
