  Aren't u supposed to cook the meatballs first otherwise there's no point in adding the oil and he didn't give it enough time for the oil to get hot so surely it's gonna taste greasy especially when he cooked raw meat in a jar of sauce. Also he's touched raw meat with those gloves so he's spreading bacteria on everything he's touching.

  I watch a lot of video from your channel and I am surprised 😳 does someone know what means hygiene? Why does this man use gloves? To protect customers or his hands? And not only he. He touches everything with this gloves including money and then serves the food. I believe he serves very tasty köfte but hygiene 😳
