Hi Foodies✌since we've noticed that many people are pointing out the bread packaging in the comments, we'd like to make it generally clear that it's of course NOT REAL newspaper - it's just the design. ;) We also didn't include glove changing and hand washing between operations in the video because we find it boring and unnecessary in food videos. At 07:32 you can see the sink and one of the women washing her hands. Should we show this more often in the videos every time people wash their hands? Feel free to write to us with your opinion. Should we change that in the future?

Ich komme aus der Gastronomie und muss sagen....gute Zusammenarbeit, routiniertes sauberes arbeiten,frisch zubereitet......auch wenn manche hier.....einiges bemängeln......ich finde es..... Klasse 👍🏼🤷🏼✨

Many years ago in Algeria. Myself and a fellow Scottish friend found a half finished brick shack in the Atlas mountains.Well low and behold ?bingo . After midnight here in USA. My favorite relaxing past time is watching cooking videos. This was so delightful. Excellent prep, process and sandwiches. After retiring I wanted a restaurant or food truck but never took the leap. . Still Love cooking, grilling and feeding others though. Thanks for sharing and best of success. Got to try making a couple of your sandwiches.

The paper using is just an amazing twist, also fries ( pommes, patat ) must always be served in old paper because it's always been like that back in the days and no one ever died from it, it's an authentic taste. these ladies doing absolute amazing 200%

Wow. To start what a well thought out trailer design. Not only did they pack a lot of equipment and food into it but most impressively how well the work flow was. Two people in that space kicking out that much volume of excellent looking food and vwery well presented in a to go format. Michelin should give these ladies a mention in their books. Never seen anything like the cinnamon cubes or the sandwiches either or at least not from any food truck in Sydney Australia. Lovely looking!

I love your sandwich trailer stand, but one thing I learned from working at a grill-based food service place early in life, was to clean the grill every night with soda water and a pumice grill blocks available for this type of cleaning. I know it is work, but the grill will never cook well unless it is cleaned, and yours is not cleaned properly. It should shine like a new grill after using the above mentioned method. Try it, you will see a difference.

Every single sandwich looks amazing. I'd order all of them. I'd also love the French Toast cubes, but the calories!! I'd have to pass even though it looks delicious.

Now people are gonna jump all over u for saying that about hygiene,I was wondering why the one lady only wore a glove one he right hand but she was handling food with her bare left hand, n. I'm sure she was handling the cash as well, that's a no -no!

Evidently MiMi's does a healthy volume of business! Lots of individual item prep and many offerings. All of the food looks wholesome and very nice breads delivered fresh. Very good! Cheers to MiMi's!

@@masha_sergeeva не вооруженным глазом видно же состояние оборудования. Спекшиеся жир, подгорелые бока от пищи и т.д. Это всё должно блистеть независимо от времени эксплуатации. Сравните с уличным фаст-фудом Турции. И серьёзное замечание, что работают без головных уборов. Не думаю, что вам будет приятно от мыслей, еды с перхотью и волосами... Это не мелочи...

Ihr scheint ein super Team zu sein, die Arbeitsabläufe sind gut eingespielt und die Sandwiches sehen richtig lecker aus! :) Aber einige Dinge sind aus professioneller Sicht nicht i.O.. Die meisten Dinge sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die ich jetzt nicht weiter ausführen werde. Aber das ungekühlte Geflügel direkt neben den heißen Gas-Bräter, das dort schon während der Vorbereitung platziert wird, ist definitiv ein Unding. Der hygienische Zustand des Gas-Bräters an sich ist schon eine Vollkatastrophe. Eier gehören da auch nicht direkt neben und am Besten auch nicht in der Nähe von Lebensmittel, die ohne Waschen direkt verarbeitet werden. Nach dem Aufschlagen der Eier wäscht man sich die Hände, bevor man weiterarbeitet (Dass direkt danach weitergearbeitet wird, kann man im Video beobachten). Stellt euch mal vor ein Koch-Kollege geht bei euch essen und holt sich Salmonellen weg. Der darf erst dann wieder in der Küche arbeiten, bis bei ihm keine Salmonellen mehr Nachweisbar sind und das kann schonmal bis zu 3 Monate dauern! Ihr dürft etwas nicht als vegetarisch oder sogar vegan verkaufen, wenn es mit Fleisch in Kontakt kommt. Bitte benutzt eurer eigenen Gesundheit wegen doch irgendeine Form von Schutz für die Finger beim Benutzen der Aufschnittmaschine und stellt sie auf eine Antirutschmatte! Von Minute 11:17 bis 11:21 kann man das Verrutschen der Maschine gut beobachten und man hätte sich fast in die Finger geschnitten... Und ein Malerspachtel mit Holzgriff ist kein lebensmittelechtes Küchenwerkzeug, ebenfalls legt man Armbänder und Uhren beim Arbeiten mit Lebensmitteln ab. Ich wünsche euch weiterhin viel Erfolg und optimiert eueren tollen Food-Truck!

The organization and preparation is surgical. The #1 ingredient “ love” is apparent. No wasted movement which is vital especially in tight quarters. That kind of teamwork only happens over time. These ladies are tight! The food looks tremendous and I’m sure the taste is equal to the attention to detail, care, love and creativity put into preparing it. I salute you culinary goddesses! Thank you very much.🙏🙌💚Most of them use either iceberg lettuce or lamb's lettuce, with tomatoes and the Mediterranean sandwich includes fried eggplant, zucchini and peppers with herbs and salt, as well as fresh basil and optionally avocado.✌

Овощи не моют, потому что их уже помыли дома и перевезли в овощных ящиках. Они неоднократно мыли руки, но мы не включили это в видео. Это очень чисто и гигиенично. Нас всегда удивляет, как люди думают, что это живое видео в одном кадре. Этот фильм был драматургически смонтирован, чтобы его было интересно смотреть. Мы не включили мытье рук, потому что очень скучно постоянно наблюдать, как люди моют руки. Привет✌️
