Интересно , какая себестоимость продукта ? Вложено очень много ручного труда , выпекать по два бисквита стоит энергоресурсов , а ещё цена упаковки , коробок. Должно быть весьма дорого..

朝早いと思うけど一人で黙々とサクッと作ってスパッと売り切るのかっこいい！ 戸建ての敷地内で売るから家賃もかからないし一人だから人件費もないのでコスパ良いし、 無理しないで自分でできる範囲の事してて経営者としても賢いなこの人。

@@user-kn9rs2ct4l トランプ様のおかげで時代は変わった？　10年前の日本では好きなことができなかったんですか？？？ 今70歳の私が子供のころ、近所のおばあちゃんが自家製の和菓子を縁側で売っていて和菓子おばあちゃんと呼ばれて親しまれていました。私が高校に入るころにそのお菓子のファンだったお嫁さんも参加するようになって、おじいちゃんが縁側前の生け垣を取っ払って庭に小さなお店をプレゼントして話題になりました。今も続く地元で人気の和菓子屋さんです。 和菓子にしろパン屋さんにしろ、今老舗と言われている数々の大きなお店も、初代のほとんどが自宅で一人で始めたんです。 私は在外45年になりますが、海外のあちこちと比べても、日本は仰るような統制された窮屈な国ではありませんよ。

カップシフォン美味そう！ 近所の人達がうらやましい。

Mind blowing! Am I wrong in thinking this amazing young lady learned to bake in a much larger establishment and adapted what she learned to the most efficient and elegant ‘tiny kitchen’ I have ever seen? Not a wasted square inch, not a wasted motion , and clearly a talented master baker, or she would not be sold out each week. A lot of money went into equipment for her set up and a lot of thinking went into its design. So much of her work done with a simple Kitchenaid ( or equivalent) hand mixer. Simply Amazing. I learned how to bake from KZread. I made my parents wedding cake, I’ve made strawberry and chocolate chiffon cake, tea chiffon cake, tiramisu, blueberry jello cheesecake, peach cheesecake, chocolate coffee crepe cake etc. Im not saying you’re wrong but all imma say is that with internet access today a lot is possible at home🤣🤙🏻

Trabalhei numa confeitaria onde produzíamos chiffons. O clima estressante e corrido de um ambiente de trabalho muitas vezes interfere no prazer de criar delícias como essas. O que pra alguém que adora gastronomia como eu, era uma provação. Então eu me imaginava num outro lugar, talvez até em casa, produzindo doces, pães e bolo e vendendo por conta própria. Sem chefes, cobranças e problemas de equipe. Esse vídeo é a materialização desse "sonho" que eu tinha. Foi uma delícia de assistir cada segundo dele. Just goes to show that Americans truly do take up way too much space 🙄. Just because the country is big doesn't mean we need to spread out over every square inch.

Right?? My space is small, too, but hers is a shed which fits the kitchen, coolers, and storefront ~ WOW!!

This young woman runs her entire successful business all on her own. The shopping for ingredients, the preparation, the mixing and baking and cutting of her pastries, all the way down to the decorations in such a beautiful way. She then package's, seal's and label's each pastry individually with such care. She organizes her store-front so that it is appealing to her customer's. Then she sell's and packs up each customer's order. She has such a cheerful disposition that keeps bringing her local customer's back and probably make's new customer's all the time. I am in awe of how she sold all of her pastries within a 2-hour window. I think she's well on her way to growing her business way bigger than she could ever imagine. I wish we had bakeries in the United States that offered this simple yet very appealing desserts. Hell, I would order from her if that option was available. May this amazing business woman turn her small business in to a more lucrative business in the near future! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ve traveled to Kyoto while visiting my daughter in Yokohama. Hate I didn’t know about this gem. What I do know is every task/product i observed/purchased were completed/wrapped with meticulous detail, precision, and in excellence. The interactions and services were always extremely polite. Kudos to her, and I wish her much success.

Amazing how she produces so much product in such a tiny kitchen yet everything remains totally spotless throughout. Plastic wrap over the mixer to prevent it splashing is absolute genius, I am going to use that.

Amazing little side business. It looks like the store opens Thursday and Saturday only. For this video she baked the cakes the day before, Friday (possibly afternoon to night), and the store opens the next day Saturday just from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (only for two hours!!), or until all baked goods are sold out. Wow .. amazing!!! Those cakes definitely make me drooling 🤤. I bet it tastes delicious too!! Very hard working business owner!! I admire and am amazed by her baking talent, the variety of the baked chiffon cakes and presentation she did ALL by herself, the neatness, and the cleanliness of her store. Wishing her the best for her health and her business 🙏🏻😊.

Wow! So it's a side business! And a popular one clearly, no surprizes there, she's superb! I'd give just about anything for a slice from her shop after watching her immaculate work! That twelver yearold who got that cake is one lucky kid 😍. All this done in the tiniest space with very basic equipment, immaculate hygeine and spotless presentation goes to show it's not tech, space or a huge investment that makes a good baker or successful business owner, it's about passion, diciplin and talent! I loved this and couldn't agree with you more! I wish her happiness and success for the future 😍😋👏👏👏👏👏👏

作っている所を見て、完成品を見て、この人は本当にシフォンケーキに惚れこんでいて色々と作って売ってみたら完成度や拘りから人気が出てる！と思いました 見てるだけで市販のシフォンケーキとは一線を超える完成度で、食べてみたくて仕方が無いｗｗ　何時までも自分の幸福を周りの人にも分ける今のスタンスで頑張って欲しいです。

@@user-rf1sc6sr6v , работа не монотонная, а наоборот, разноплановая и творческая, еще и учет ведет, наверное, налоги платит. Просто очень много работы. Я с одним домашним тортиком чуть ли не весь день вожусь, а здесь так много всего, ещё и на заказ. Трудяга, конечно. Столько умения и сноровки, процесс отработан идеально - я восхищена!

Если Вы хорошо прочитаете титры, то в пятницу она пекла бисквит, а в субботу утром их наполняла кремом, украшала, упаковывала и выкладывала в холодильник. Конечно, любой ручной труд должен высоко цениться. Но, замечу от себя лично. Живу в Венгрии, занимались выпечкой разной, была небольшая пекарня и магазин. Сейчас пеку дома на заказ торты. В видео просто бисквиты. Да, вкусные, мягкие, но просто бисквиты. У меня бывает в день несколько тортов, 7-8, бывает чуть меньше. Но это торты, в некоторых каждый корж раскалывается и авпекается отдельно, варится крем, украшается все по индивидуальному заказу. На один торт уходит куча времени, всяких движений, испеки, охлади, разреж, свари крем или взбей, смаж, убери в холодильник на стабилизацию , потом опять выташи, далее ганаш или украшение кремом, мастикой, всякие фигурки, фрукты. И таких несколько тортов. А ещё дома 3 голодных взрослых мужика, двухэтажный дом и все остальное. Поэтому выпечка просто бисквитов в один день, а на другой день украшение и упаковка проще пареной репы как по мне. Главное правильная организация труда.

Can't decide if it's the quality of the ingredients, the absolute pristine tiny kitchen or how she sincerely apologised after each customer but I would definitely give it an overall 10/10 score!❤🎉🎉
