I bet the community already does since they come into to buy her baked goods she works hard on daily. 😁

She's a machine! When does she sleep?? She puts so much love and effort and passion into her baked goods and the food she makes it would take a lot out of her so Im so relieved that she has limited days of operation so she can rest and recoup. Wonderful and delightful food to have your food described as "gentle" is exceptional! Bravo and my hat off to this dear lady.

何ともあっぱれなお仕事ぶり。目の黒いうちに食パンの一つも焼けるようになりたいと密かに願いながらまだ市販のパンに頼っている８０歳の老婆です。弟子入りさせていただきたい気持ちでいっぱいです。長くインドに住んでいますが、里帰りした折にお味の賞味に駆けつけたいです。尊敬と感動の動画にめぐり会えました。

Oh my gosh, I am blown away by her diligence and creativity! So many amazing baked goods and at such reasonable prices - that was an even bigger shock to me. I wish her all the recognition she deserves!

I’m truly amazed at all she alone is able to do with such small scale kitchen appliances. She has the variety, creativity and beauty in her selection. Very impressed.
