Я как Русский поставил минус! Объясню. Есть фрагмент, где мексиканец в угли положил пластмассу с розжигом и поджог ее, это категорически запрещено! Ведь пластик - химическое вещество! А данные люди просто жарят мясо и продают людям... Далее, в этом хронометраже почти все сцены это - Шашлык или шашлык с Тандыром! Ничего нового тут нет! В России уже давно выявили все недостатки и готовят гораздо чище и лучше!

The Spanish one on the cart is cross contaminating everything with utensils that touched the raw food with the cooked food. The fire might not be hot enough since it’s open fire to kill off any contaminants. I pass by and it does look good. But I would avoid it to not get sick. However, I would buy their churros, elotes, tamales or empanadas.

This is actually a ridiculous comment! There is no cross contamination as the moment she puts it back on the grill any so called cross contaminates would be burned off! I can cut chicken, then beef, and fish with a knife, all without washing it, and once it is put on the stove or in the oven or the grill, nothing is cross contaminated. People have gotten silly with these cross contaminate comments!

Do you know that I refuse to eat any food where they use gloves to prepare the food! You know why? Because of the dangers of Plastic Contamination in your food! Look it up, research is showing high levels of plastic in people that eat out because everyone wears gloves now! When I worked in the food industry in the 90's no one wore gloves! No one got sick, but now they are getting toxic plastic levels... hows that for plastic cross contamination! Maybe people should just believe the bible that addressed food with dirt on it and the self clean freaks of the day! And Jesus admonished them with the truth of God!

I really do not understand those who come on here and go against someone struggling making food out of a grocery cart! Seriously, she is doing her best, and you have to come on here and say some ridiculous cross contamination comment that is simply not true! May I refer you to the Bible, where Jesus said if your food is eaten with thanksgiving to the Lord Your Father, (he was going against the self clean freaks of the day that were complaining about people eating or preparing food with dirt on their hands, and not washing them) and what did our Lord and Savior tell them. Do you not know that what goes into the mouth and is eaten comes out through the biles, but basically the filth coming out of your mouth is from your wretched heart! You should be ashamed of yourself. Five to one says that if someone looks at how you prepare food at home it is far worse with cross contamination than this lady struggling on a Cart! On the 2nd one, why the hot dog on the skewer? Falls off on grill. Kabobs are supposed to be bite size, its hard to eat a slab of meat with a plastic fork on a thin paper plate on the street. Too many items. Not a restaurant, supposed to be street food, food truck. Geesh. Not really cooked either
