Samosa is one of the underrated Street Foods in the World - which we would like to introduce to you today in this “Street Food in Berlin” Episode with Street Food Iranian Style.
This Samosas are handmade filled with boiled Potatoes, Carrots and Peas as well as our own Spice Mix according to an Original Iranian Recipe and are then Fried until Crispy and Golden Brown.
And with the homemade Dal - The Lentil Stew - as a topping for the Rice and the Sauces with the fresh Salad, it is a Feast for the Senses.
With a lot of Love, Passion & Art for good and fresh Food, you will experience a beautiful Piece of Persian Culture in the “Tehran Food Truck” with Street Food Iranian Style. So delicious you'll be addicted!

[2] All Sauces are Homemade
The Herb Dressing and the Hot Sauce are Homemade and do not overwhelm the Samosa or Dal but rather Support the Taste.
[3] Salad are daily fresh washed & cutted at Home
Like everything else, the salad is washed fresh at home every day and cut by hand.
[4] Dal is a type of Lentil Stew
Dal is a classic from Indian cuisine. Dal originally refers to dried and split legumes such as lentils, beans or peas. In the south of Iran, this dish has been established since ancient times, especially in the port city of Bushehr.
[5] Samosa Dough
The Samosa Dough consists of Flour, Water, Salt and Sunflower oil. The Dumplings called Samosas in India are spread from the Middle East through Central Asia to Africa and Southeast Asia. The word probably comes from Persia, where the Dumplings are called “Sanbosag”.
[6] Potatoes, Paprika, Peas and their own Iranian Spice Blend
This is an original Iranian Recipe. Of course there are many different ways to fill the Samosas and countless Recipes from India, Pakistan, Africa and other Countries.

Nice, samosa is my favorite snack, the potato mixture i see is bit different than they make in India. We prefer to smash potato with the mixture and blend of spices. I also loved the concept of dal rice with somosas and salad. Keep it up and also watch the indian version of making somosas, as the couple said they always strive to create new dishes, i would prefer to try this one!😊

Mein Nachbar ist Iraner - das Essen, was er kocht, ist einfach nur mega! Nicht so überwürzt. Wie ich finde, ist die persische Küche noch nicht so richtig bekannt. und es fehlt an der Lobby - zu unrecht!

Weil er sagt, wo Samosa herkommt. Beide haben recht, weil die pakistanische und auch die indische Kultur nah miteinander verwandt sind, das merkt man schon bei vielen gemeinsamen Gerichten und auch kulturellen Merkmalen.

Ayrıca çoğu şef, eldiven varken eldivensiz çalışmaya göre daha az ellerini yıkıyor veya eldiven değiştiriyor. Bu istatistiksel olarak incelenmiştir. also sehr arbeitsintensiven Snack, reich bleibst Du von solcher Karre nit. Viel arbeit vor, nach und während. Personal-, Standkosten und Verbrauchskosten. Gesund ist es auch nicht mit dieser öl. Ist mehr eine therapeutische Beschäftigung.
