Nothing new or interesting. Pickle juice? Of course, you did not say in the video but it is mainly because of salt! So, for all your sufferers listening to this unhelpful video, get ready: you need extra magnesium, potassium and salt. Experiment with doses. For magnesium, buy bi-glycinate or simply glycinate (chelated) to avoid diarrhea.

this shows that you know nothing about waterbeds. First, they put about the same pounds per square inch on the floor as a full size refrigerator. The power consumption of the heater is minimal, very. There is no "ordeal" to filling it. If you have a house there is always a faucet close by, you don't run a hose from the outside to the bed, that is stupid. Draining the bed is as simple as siphoning water from a bucket. I slept on a waterbed for 40+ years and my back always felt great in the morning getting up. If you have problems getting out of a regular bed you will have more trouble from a water bed. Then there is your myth of the heater getting wet.. they are a hermetically sealed unit. UL wouldn't let them sell them if there was a risk of shock. And you aren't going to puncture the mattress with a pen if you have a mattress pad and sheets on the bed, as you should. Even without those puncturing a waterbed is not an easy thing to do. The vinyl is very thick since it has to hold all that water and the weight of the people in the bed.

I had to sleep on one of these as a kid in a guest bedroom and needless to say, it was horrible. Sleeping on plastic that doesn't breath at all makes you super sweaty, and the slightest move created wave after wave which would shake you awake. Even as a kid I thought adults were stupid for buying those things.

Lots of great advice but the best thing I ever did was invest in a heated blanket. I noticed that when the weather was hot I rarely got cramps. Now with a heated blanket I can sleep on top of the bed without covers - this has been a game changer. I sometimes get cramp in my feet but this is because they are cold. The nightmare of thigh cramps have finally gone. Chair yoga morning & evening also helps.

I have passed out a number of times from these cramps. Water, minerals salts, potassium and magnesium nightly. At 77, I have tried it all. Help from the medical group is non existent. Barbara O Neil videos were helpful with essential minerals.

Just press with your forefinger your upper lip just below your nose against your upper gum/teeth for 40 seconds or more and your cramps will disappear like magic. Advice is from Dr. Mandel.

Mostly nonsense and personal struggles to deal effectively with the differences in water and non-water bed technology. Some cope, some nope. I had a soft side hybrid, that had zero issues over the 15 years I had it, and was incredibly comfortable, before I donated to a family member that needed a bed, when I was moving house. My spouse at the time had the bed part covered, so it became redundant. In hindsight, I wish I still had it.

I have successfully used a teaspoon of prepared mustard. The cramp disappeared about 2 seconds after consuming the mustard. This will not prevent cramps but it causes them to disappear in a few seconds. I sleep with a package from a fast food chain on my nightstand.

I’ve never experienced this until last night when I placed my leg in an awkward position. Immediately the pain was sharp and I felt a hard lump on my calf muscle. I was so worried thinking there was a blood clot. I stood up and tried to walk it off and it was painful but thankfully it slowly lessened. This morning I can extend my toes and expand my calf muscle and still feel some pain. Horrible experience but I will try hydrating more from now on. Don’t want to experience that again.

I remember as a little girl in church my mom would smack my legs and tell me to sit still. I couldn’t. Several things I do now and I’ll be 80 in a couple of years. I have cut out sugar and flour (at least MOST of the time), and I keep electrolytes at home. My nightly routine is Hyland’s Restful Legs PM and dissolve under the tongue. Then I use essential oil mixed with MCT oil and rub my calves and the bottoms of my feet. Aroma Touch with DoTERRA is one and Soothing Massage from Revive is a little cheaper but works well. If I’m still struggling after 30 mins or so, I get up and take a scoop of electrolytes in an 8 oz water container. I only drink about half and it really relaxes me. We’re all different but I hope this helps some of you.

Right on. Keep it simple. I am spending less time on the sofa and back sleeping in our bed at night. I now get 4 to 6 hours sleep per night. (2 before). And longer naps. I have a gin and tonic every day at 4 pm (Not 2pm and not 6pm) and I sleep with a bar of soap . Weird! Had tried everything else including compression, CBD oil and 4000 mg of potassium daily for 6 weeks. Nothing worked. The sitting bit and sugar I figured out on my own. Thanks for this video!!!

Me. All my life. RLS. Dude, They jerk around on their own. Not just my legs but arms, back, neck. Twitch. Twitch. Starts at the toes and eyelids. I once switched to preparing all my foods in bleach water solution (1 tablespoon of plain old CLOROX brand bleach - NOT ULTRA - in one gallon of water) overnight soak the fruits vegetables and meats, each in their own dedicated buckets (I purchased plastic trash cans and marked the gallon lines 1, 2, 3 for ease of knowing where to stop when filling (garden hose or bath tub) doing that 8 hour + soak then rinsing well was a crucial part of getting that RLS to quit. And the tonic water A+ especially now that we've got access to that FeverTree brand ❤ + there's also quinine drops if your doctor will cooperate.
