    Sir I have fracture on tibea doing physiotherapy but it's bending just 90-100degree and m facing ankle pain..Can you suggest something

    Sir I fell down and sprained my ankle during a bike accident.Now sir i run and could not just stop running.My running is daily getting affected by the ankle pain.I can run with the pain but it would be much better without pain.Please help how to get rid of this pain.

    I think you should take rest for 1/2 weeks. And at the beginning don't run too much. When you feel comfortable start running more. And probably you should see a doctor if the pain doesn't go. Get well soon!!!

    @@safwan8911 sir at first it seemed very difficult because i believed that if you rest too much you will loose the capacity of running and again i will get behind.But i am forced to rest because i caught omicron and now a week is over.I feel i should carry on with my rest now for safety.
