If you are suffering from shoulder pain, try these simple tips to help relieve or reduce your shoulder pain.
The most complex joint in the human body is the shoulder joint. The shoulder joint gives you both the mobility to move your arm 360 degrees, as well as the stabilizing all the bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons that make up the shoulder to work in unison.
With so many components in the shoulder joint, it's common to experience pain or stiffness from poor posture or from an injury.
And remember, it's always a good idea to see a doctor if you experience shoulder pain that is not getting better in a few days of R.I.C.E (rest, ice, (light)compression, and elevation).
