I'm sure you've heard many people saying something similar to this; I've been taking vitamin c every day, and I've never been sick. Is this all hype, is any of this true? I've asked these people, and most say that they are megadosing vitamin C. Is this safe?

It’s important to note that in normal kidney function people, mega dose vit c does not cause kidney stones directly. It’s the combination of dehydration, eating a high processed diet, lack of B6/magnesium/calcium/k2 to name a few factors. Get your kidney screen first.

Agreed. People tend to jump on trends without looking objectively at the research.

Yeah I agree with you. From my test with my body itself, 2000mg per day was about right for me. 4000mg caused diarrhea.

This guy keeps saying "could" or "might" and "that SOME people". He doesn't reference any studies and is too vague with his opinions. I disagree!

What about taking Vitamin C by eating food compared to supplements? What about IV for cancer patients?

Liposomal is different. It won't last till your large intestines which you want it to not just absorb quickly.

Who told you to take C for ?Covid? The premiere vitamin for boosting immunity to fight virus is/D3. It takes over 5,000 IU for most folks to get close to reach 50ng/mL, a healthy level for most people. C is 0K but not equal to D3.
