    I used to do kind of the same thing but instead of 10 sets each number I would do 100 from number 1 rep to 4 reps,each number totaling 1,000 push ups, that would take some time 1 hour n 15 minutes, my name DH did time in Beaumont tx federal

    Best exercises on planet earth. Do these for a month, keep adding reps and you will see unbelievable results. Im nearly 50 and burpees are my bread and butter. Your stamina and endurance will go through the roof.
